Quezon Memorial Circle used to be one of the few green spots in Quezon City. But through the years, the park has progressively bartered its open green spaces for more commercial spots, park rides, government offices, inaccessible fenced areas, and other concrete structures.
Poor planning, poor management. Overall, it might still be an okay place to visit if it's your first time. And it's still a great place to buy plants and other horticulture-related items. But it's really sad to see it's gradual decline from a green park to an amusement park.
2/5.

The park used to be my fave childhood theme park. The towering trees, vast grassy playground and ice cream and balloon vendors are perfect for a Sunday fun day at the park. Right now, QMC is under construction. Not so conducive for travel. a lot of constructions on going.

My experience here was good. It wasn't too busy and there was a vast array of food stalls, vendors and the like. Families and children played. There was also plant vendors which was nice to see. I'm glad we went into the museum inside the Memorial monument. It was an informative experience I won't forget. We bought some nice trinkets from inside the museum. They will remind me of my visit here. Thanks for allowing me to experience this culturally and historically significant place. If I could make a small suggestion it would be to have a vendor that sells hats and shirts or trinkets, something to remind them of their visit.

Place needs improvements on cleanliness, workers attitudes, playground sanitation and safety, road signs and others..
On the contrary.. The place requires an P30 entrance fee upon entrance.. The attendant gives an old ticket that doesn't reflect that amount. Fyi
Its one of the few places in QC that has greenery..
Has a very good potential if managed well..
I Don't know how much the QC govt is spending for the park, but maybe explore the option on transferring the management to a private company like Ayala Lands. It could do very well..

Some rides were shut down due to the pandemic. Not as many people were there as before so I would recommend it as a place for jogging or cycling.

If you just want to chill, hangout, and enjoy nature with your family and friends, Quezon Memorial Circle is a good place to go to. A lot of activities to do such as zumba, ballroom, boxing, food trip, bazaar shopping, plant buying or just simply appreciating nature and being at peace.
