Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, schöne Wohnung im Obergeschoss, alles top mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Es war ungewöhnlich heiß dieses Jahr und die großen Ventilatoren haben uns sehr geholfen. Morgens um 6 Uhr mussten wir die großen Fenster allerdings schließen, weil das Schwalbenkonzert doch recht kräftig ist. Der See ist wundervoll und man kann in wenigen Schritten von der Wohnung zwischen den Häusern gut in das Wasser steigen.

It really is BellaVista!
We have stayed in this apartment several times now with our two young children.
It is a lovely apartment, extremely comfortable, and with all the comforts and appliances that you possible would need.
It is situated right in the heart of the town and a short walk from the main plaza and the heart of the town.
Maria has always been extremely welcoming and helpful to us and nothing is ever any trouble.
We came here once and five years later we are still coming to Orta.
Highly recommended

Budget Bargain, better than a hotel.
Only stayed in a room for the night. We had a wedding. The landlady was fabulous allowing us in the room early to change. the room was central, clean and Comfortable.
I am bargain hunter for holidays as I prefer to have room as a place to rest my head.not sit in. For that this was perfect, it also felt more immersive, I'm not really into expensive hotels where you don't feel you are in the mix. From the reviews.it looks like larger appartements are great here too.
It was tricky to find Initially as the taxi couldn't drop us there.once I realised the WiFi was free everywhere we found it in minutes and had a gorgeous pizza while waiting.

Stayed here for daughter's wedding. Excellent central location. Very helpful landlady (Maria) Very steep stairs to get to apartment but well worth the climb!

Breath Taking
What a lovely apartment, spacious and clean, well stocked with homely comforts. Just a short walk to the piazza and stunning views of the lake, thank you for making our holiday as comfortable as possible....

Wonderful bi-level lake-view apartment
4 of us shared this fantastic apartment when we were in Orta for a wedding. The layout is terrific, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, and the kitchen, another bathroom, and living room downstairs. We loved the apartment's location.... just a block away from Orta's main Piazza, but with the peace and quiet of a lovely residential street, instead of the late night noise from the bars and hotels on the Piazza. Our 12 year old son loved going out each morning to the charming nearby shops to bring back fresh focaccia for our breakfast. And, the apartment's clothes washing machine is excellent! We would highly, highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic Apartment with a wonderful landlady
We visited Orta for a family wedding, after looking at various hotels very few were suitable for us due to the lack of family rooms (2 x children). From the outset Maria was fantastic giving us all the information in respect to the flat including what to do in Orta. The flat is wonderfull it can easily sleep 6 and comes with everything you require for the stay. Our relatives staying in local hotels were very jealous of the space and what the apartment offered (including 2 bathrooms!) you can feel confident if looking for an apartment this will be both financially cheaper and better all round for your stay. It's not often we return to the same place however we will come back to Orta and stay in Maria's apartment, grazia Maria.

Ab Fab - would stay here again
This apartment was everything advertised and more. If anything, the photos didn't do it justice. We would seriously consider staying here again.
The view and location were excellent.
Lots of stairs, but without them, you wouldn't get the view!

Perfect stay at Appartamenti e Camere Orta
A gorgeous very large, very clean apartment that is so well equipped it gives you the feeling of home from home and has an amazing view of the lake. The location is perfect, right by the square of San Giulio. To top it all off, Maria the host will not do enough for you. Thank you Maria, we will be back!
