I found out about Bintan Trans Pertama on Tripadvisor when planning for a family trip with my husband and my parents. Mr Wang or Rio corresponded with me over Whatsapp and it was an excellent choice. Rio was flexible and accomodating and we went to the Blue Lake, Sand Dune, kelong lunch and sleeping Buddha temple. Also brought us to buy some local souvenirs. We ended our day with a dinner at the Asun food court which was a change from the more expensive resort restaurant food. Very reasonable rate and would recommend Rio if you need a driver in Bintan.

We got an excellent driver named Mr. Henri. Very punctual driver and a good photographer as well. Took us to a nice cafe for lunch . Henri is very flexible and accomodating guy. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

We booked a car with a driver for a day trip (6-7 hours).
The driver was on time. The car was as good as new, spacious and absolutely clean (Innova).
The driver Yurnalis immediately made a pleasant and friendly impression on us.
He was very accommodating. We discussed the route and he followed our wishes as best as possible. We had misjudged the time and distances a little.
The Sea Gypsies in the far north and the temple complexes in the south of the island cannot be covered in one day from the Bintan resorts. We therefore deleted the Sea Gypsies from our tour.
Nevertheless, it was a wonderful trip with many valuable impressions and events through the jungle, the hills and the other cultures of Indonesia.
Yurnalis is a very calm and careful driver. We felt comfortable with him from the start.
He never rushed us. We were able to take as much time as we wanted at the various places.
Yurnalis gave us brief information about the sights here and there and was also very willing to answer our questions. Yurnalis speaks very good English.
We got our money's worth and would book again immediately.

We didn’t know where to go, but our driver, Dadang was very experienced. He recommended places of interest that my 87-year-old father can manage. At the blue lake and mini dessert, he helped us book a rickshaw so that my dad didn’t need to walk too much. He also brought us to the local markets and eateries. We had a wonderful time, thanks to Dadang. Highly recommended to those who are looking for authentic local experiences in Bintang.

Chauffeur Riomalis was warm & friendly. When we first reached, he drove us to a local restaurant for lunch. After going to our first destinantion at the sand dunes, he suggested we could head for the mangrove tour as we still had time. He also bought us to a local snack & souvenir shop & we bought some pretty good snacks.
We were able to book the transport service for a round trip on the second day to Treasure Bay for a small price too.
He has good recommendations & also good relations with the locals so we could have better deals & travel experience. Recommended!

My friends & I visited Bintan at end-June and Rio was an excellent driver and guide who brought us around. His car is clean and driving is safe. When we asked him about places to visit, he gave us good recommendations, at economical prices. Definitely recommend!

Driver provided excellent customer service, spoke multiple languages and informative. Price is very reasonable. If you want to escape from the commercial world, have a short trip with taxi service to learn about this simple place.
