The Half Day wine tour was very good. We enjoyed learning about Chateauneuf du Pape wines and the region. We loved the wine tasting and the drive through the towns.

Our guide Thierry was very professional and we learned so much about wine production in the Cotes-du-Rhone region from him.
Driving from Avignon we took a short walk through the stunningly beautiful village of Seguret moving on to a small family run vinery were we experienced the Grenache grapes being sorted, tasting a few which were delicious and had a tour of the vinery itself before some wine tastings, no pressure to buy but couldn’t resist buying a bottle.
Next we took a 30 minute drive up to the vineyard of Chateauneuf Du Pape with its imposing building and countryside of grapes. We had a private wine tastings experience of three of their great wines, here we brought a bottle of their Domaine de Tout Vente, made with 100% Grenache grapes. There were many bottles for sale on display, prices starting from around 10 euros.
Such a great tour. We headed back to Avignon with so much more knowledge than when we set off.

David was an excellent guide and has a passion and knowledge about grape cultivation. The first wine testing place he took us was a local small winery where the owner personally led the tasting and wine selection was exceptional. We left the tour with a box of wine we bought from both the local winery and cave, I think it says enough about how much we liked it 😉

Thierry is a great driver and wonderful host. Our group included guests from 3 different English speaking countries and he did a great job explaining the wine regions as we drove along. His knowledge of the wine making process is excellent. We have been on many of these wine tasting tours and this was the best.

The organisation was good. David our guide/driver was knowledgeable and interesting. We tasted a range of wines from 2 vineyards and learnt a lot about the wines and grapes in the area. I would unhesitatingly recommend this tour by Provence Panorama. I really enjoyed it (and purchased some wine at reasonable prices). It was not rushed.

The half day vineyard tour from Avignon was so much more than we anticipated. Not only was our host David a great driver, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed a great passion for the region and the wine making process. We learned a great deal and were guided through both a horizontal and vertical tasting. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend.

This was the highlight of our trip to France. The vineyards were beautiful, the wine delicious, the group was a blast. David, our tour guide, was the man! Such a deep knowledge of the wine and the region. Could not imagine a better experience.

My friend and I had an absolute wonderful experience on this tour. The location for the start of the experience was central to the town and easy to find. From there, we departed on about a 45 minute drive to visit two vineries with our friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate guide was David. He was very personable and a great photographer, capturing the Instaworthy images from our trip! We would 100% go again and sign up for the full day!

We were grateful for the pickup as we were staying at a hotel just outside of town and with this being a wine tasting tour, neither of us wanted to drive. After our pickup we went into town to collect another 2 couples. A very interesting tour with some good stops showing us what the region had to offer including the renowned Chateau Neuf de Papes region. Along with stops to taste, we also had stops by some lovely vineyards for views and get a real sense of the region. A small group made it very personal. Would recommend this tour.

Attempted to cancel this tour almost two months in advance. Didn’t receive my cancel confirmation immediately so forgot about it and didn’t follow up (my mistake). Lost over $350. Beware, if you need to cancel, follow up, as they may not cancel on your first request.
