Muy bien informados, los tiempos se cumplieron al detalle, tenés un par de charlas de seguridad, comprás la filmación de tu experiencia, te dan un certificado. Car restricted to 140 mph which was very disappointing to a race care driver. Fir the 8 minutes I didn’t even get 4 Laps and car was cutting out at 140mph 4700 rpm def not worth the money. The lead up to it was all amazing but the track time and speed was a joke even to video as spectators car didn’t look to be going hard at all. You get to go faster sitting on at a lot less price and even at that I get 3 fast laps not 3

If you are not a Florida resident, DO NOT book this experience! Florida weather involves a lot of rain and lighting which will automatically lead to cancellation on the day. If your experience is cancelled, they only offer a re-booking or credit - no exceptions - which is useless unless you live locally or are a frequent visitor. It's a pity, because I was looking forward to the experience but now I'm down $180 with nothing to show but a bad taste in my mouth! I would love to know how many tourists have been caught out with this policy which I find grossly unfair!

This experience is a true bucket list thing to do. The staff was friendly, they listened to what I wanted to get out of the day. Yes it is very expensive- but for me it was worth every single penny. I will remember every moment for the rest if my life. I did the ride along first then went straight into my drive time. Don't skimp- go for at least 8 or 16 minutes. The rush of adrenaline is incredible. The roar of the engine is incredible. Being on the track is super incredible.
I can't stop thinking about it!! I have replayed it 100 times in my head. I watch the videos over and over. This was a gift to myself- with encouragement from my husband. At 60+ years old I thought maybe I wouldn't have the courage to do it- but I did. The staff gave such positive vibes and clear instruction! I was the happiest girl in the world after I was done.
I can't stop thinking about it!! I have replayed it 100 times in my head. I watch the videos over and over. This was a gift to myself- with encouragement from my husband. At 60+ years old I thought maybe I wouldn't have the courage to do it- but I did. The staff gave such positive vibes and clear instruction! I was the happiest girl in the world after I was done.

I started out with the 3 lap ride along then drove the track for 24 minutes. I have done 2 other Petty experience driving 24 min drive's at other tracks before speeds of 155.6 & 156.1. However the experience has been bought out & is being ran not great now. I was in the 11:00 group they were running an hour behind for the racing, it was 90 degrees out w/no cloud cover. Then a 45 minute caution that no one could explain. The cars now have limiters if you do not buy the 32 min package, your top speed can only be 151mph. None of the camera's worked yet they sold video packages, waited 3 days later for credit. Not sure if I will continue doing the other tracks...

I did the ride along experience due to the huge cost of the other longer experiences available. My driver Dillan was super despite him having a different passenger every few minutes. You get a real feel for being in a nascar car and being on the famed International speedway which is what its all about.
It was a busy day being after the Daytona 500 and a public holiday however the organization was a little poor. I was due to ride at 11am didnt get in the car until 12pm. I was number 75 and there were people who were numbered at 130 by then.
Very little shade from the sun while waiting nowhere to get a drink.
I feel for the money there should be more on offer to make the time more enjoyable.
However if your a car or race fan it will be an experience.
And yes you do have to climb in through the window!

Best experience ever. You feel the G forces in every corner. Had a big smile the whole day. Booked the video package but due to some reasons, no sound. Didn't find a solution yet. Furthermore, bring ear protection, these cars are very loud.

This was a Christmas gift for my hubby. He attended the Daytona 500 yesterday and today got to drive the #2 car on the same speedway as the professionals. This was an amazing experience and I am so grateful that this still exists for people to experience. Safety is #1 and they run this flawlessly, highly recommend this experience for any race fan male or female. Definitely get the video. Worth every penny!

OMGee! Everyone should do this! Don't like Nascar...still go! Being down in pit row, climbing into a race car...Holy Moly! Do it!! I also recommend buying the video. Great quality...you can hear the driver speaking to the rider, you see everything like you're sitting in the virtual backseat. AMAZING! We had folks from 15-78 riding! Guys getting helmets and loading riders into the car were great!

This was such a great experience. I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pit crew personnel are helpful in getting you comfortable in the car. The spotter keeps you where you need to be on the track. It's not cheap but if you love racing like I do it is worth the expense to do it. I would do it all over again.

I am a bit jaded by "fantasy camps", exclusive tours etc... I am no longer in my 20s when everything seems shiny and interesting. BUT THIS EVENT BLEW ME AWAY. My family and I drove to Daytona, and the enormity of the track, the graciousness of EVERY staff member - from the security man that welcomed us at the gate and provided us directions to get into the Speedway, to Darrel that conducted the driver-training, to the man that handled our COVID testing and legal paperwork, to the woman that checked us all in for the driving and ride-along, not to mention Albert, the professional driving pro (ride-alongs) to my pit Chief, and to Jimmy my spotter (who was UNREAL). These people were gracious, kind, accommodating, helpful, knowledgable and warm. It was TRUE "Southern Charm".
The ride-along experiences for my wife and son were amazing. 170 MPH, hammering through turn 3, and the G-forces woke their inner NASCAR fan, Albert made the experience fun, while pressure-testing their comfort levels. The raved about the experience and my wife will be doing the Driver Experience next time.
Now... I bought the 24min Driving Experience. I AM SO GLAD I DID. after 8 min of serious on-track training, they do not let you "graduate" to the faster speeds until you show proficiency and ability to receive feedback and respond accordingly. Only AFTER this training are you moved to the 5400 RPM chip. At this point, a whole new world opens up. This is where true speed comes in - 164.4 MPH specifically and massive G forces. It is hard to believe that in a world filled with lawyers and litigation, that someone hands you the keys to a Fighter Jet. AMAZING is all I can say. This is something everyone should experience, especially when the entire experience is captured on video. A thrill of a lifetime.

After you stop by the Ticket counter in the main building, they will give you directions on where to park. It is very close to the classroom where you are briefed before the ace.
