We booked a private full-day wine tour with this company. Eric and Gosia used to own a wine store in Bordeaux but now only do wine tours. We booked this tour and met Gosia the day before our trip to give a deposit. We discussed a meeting place for the tour and possible drop off locations. Gosia and Eric were prompt to arrive to our meeting spot and told us about the region as we drove to view Petrus vineyards (they do not offer tours/sampling). The couple was very polite and knowledgeable about the region and answered any questions we had. Eric now works at a wine boutique in St Emilion and went to work prior to our first reservation. We had some difficulties getting to our first tour with directions and ultimately did not get to attend as the chateau forgot about our reservation. We found our way to the next chateau which was very informative! We enjoyed the talk with the wine maker with some translating required. We enjoyed tasting his wines and learning how he tastes each wine variety. Next, we went back to St Emilion to walk around and visit Eric in his wine boutique shop. These wines were very out of our budget so it was nice to be able to sample higher-priced items yet we did feel a bit pressured to purchase a bottle from the store. We stopped at a local bakery to eat a quick lunch as we were running late to our next chateau visit. Upon arrival, it seemed as if the winemakers son (who was making wines) was not very prepared for our visit. He did allow us into his cellar and taste different wines from the stainless steel tanks and from the oak barrels which was fabulous. Since we were running late, we had only about 10 minutes to taste at our next chateau which felt a bit rushed. We then drove to another vineyard to view the premises along with the hotel and restaurant on property. Gosia indicated she was running late to pick up her son and dropped us at a bus stop that was about 20 minutes drive from our pickup location which was very unprofessional in our opinion. We also found out none of the chateaus had tasting fees associated with our visits and felt we could have navigated with a rental car on our own in combination with prior research of the chateaus at a much lower cost compared to what we paid Gosia. Again, very nice couple but the tour felt a bit unorganized and we were really disappointed regarding drop off locations after paying for a full-day tour.

Wine Cellar & Co is not to be missed while you are in Bordeaux. Looking to learn more about wine? About French wine? Then look no further! Private tastings or in store tastings with delicious wine. Eric is exceptionally knowledgable but also very approachable in the manner in which he explains and guides your tasting experience.

De passage dans la région nous avons eu la chance de trouver ce wine tour. Une visite très complète proposée par le polyglotte Eric. Plusieurs chateaux, des informations culturelles, un petit tour à St-Emilion et des dégustations ! Une visite parfaite pour découvrir les vins bordelais. Et avec un peu de chance, Eric vous racontera ses nombreuses histoires du monde entier ;)

I've been on a lot of wine tours around the world - Eric delivers an experience and knowledge that only a true professional could do. We were taken Chateau's that most people aren't aware of - and we were amazed - like the little known but absolutely amazing Chateau Chatelet - you won't find it in your tour books but trust me - Eric knows what good looks like. It was the highlight of our trip - don't hesitate to spend a day with Eric and learn what truly good wine looks like!

We stumbled upon the shop randomly and stepped in for a tasting. After meeting Eric, the former Wine Director at NYC's La Grenouille, we decided instead to have him take us on a private tour of the region instead. We left a deposit, and he picked us up promptly on time at our meeting point the following morning as promised. Since we didn't rent a car for our trip to Bordeaux, this was really the best way to visit the wineries. The group tours offered by the tourism bureau were more expensive and, for us, a less appealing option. With Eric, we were able to swing by Pétrus and visit Château Belles-Graves and Château Le Chatelet in St. Emilion, where we tasted some truly memorable Grand Cru Classé with Patrick. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend Eric's company and expertise. Thank you Eric!

We walked into the Wine Cellar and Co. intending to purchase a 50 cent 'drop stop', but walked out having purchased from Eric a personalised guided wine tasting tour! Eric was classically trained as a Sommelier and has worked in many fine establishments around the world. He has now settled in Bordeaux to run his own wine shop and to offer very reasonably priced guided wine tours. He really knows his business and took us to some really enjoyable and interesting chateaux's and places (St. Emilion in particular). He is an extremely pleasant and helpful person and speaks perfect English. We thoroughly recommend him and wish him well in the future.

Vente de très bons vins de la région, conseils et explications précises, nous en avons profité pour faire la dégustation proposée (15€). Ça vaut le coup!

Eric Delcros is a Sommelier with international experience but his roots are in France. He is a gentleman and although he has a vast knowledge of wine and a sophisticated palate, he did not make us feel like the rubes we truly are when it comes to wine overall and the Bordeaux region in particular. He gave us a personal tour of St. Emilion and we visited 3 chateaux. We enjoyed tasting at 2 of them. We purchased wine from his boutique (how we met him) and his recommendations were wonderful. We learned so much from Eric and it was a joyful experience overall. We spent 2 weeks in France and enjoyed every second we were there. The tour with Eric was not only a highlight of our trip but of our lives together. We will never forget and we highly recommend that you go to Bordeaux and meet Eric at Wine Cellar and Co.

I bought great wines there, the boss Eric is very nice and professional wine taster given me very good suggestion about wine. Thank you so much ! 这家店真的很棒，老板很好，给我介绍了很多当地的酒庄，教我品尝红酒。地方挺好找，在步行街附近，看到招牌就是了，当时是逛街随便找的，没想到老板这么好，带我玩了大半天的波尔多。

Eric's wine shop is a pleasant stop while strolling along rue des Remparts. He has a fascinating resumé and extensive knowledge of wine around the world that just begs a conversation and recommendations. Personally selected wines are displayed neatly and they come from many wine regions and at various price points. For 15€, a tasting of seven wines can be arranged, along with learning wine tasting tips and the blends of Bordeaux's. My sister and I also arranged a private tour with Eric to visit three Châteauxs, two included tastings. We spent a lovely morning driving through the countryside, observing the current task of pressing the skins, sampling grapes left on the vines, distinguishing the vines based on the leaf patterns, enjoying the artwork in the cellars, and tipping our tasting glass for red, white, and sauternes. I highly recommend the personal attention that Eric offers on this type of tour. Pack a small picnic to enjoy while driving from one spot to the next and enjoy meeting the people that create excellent Bordeaux wines.
