Enjoyed my 5-6 hours day spa with the lovely ladies from D'Bintan. Pick up from hotel was very convenient and on time. Me and my bf had a spa package that included a massage, body scrub, body mask, facial and a hairtreatment. This was done by 2 different ladies. Overall nice experience and time goes by very quickly. worth it!

One of the best spa I've been to, we were treated very kindly by Wati the manager who even helped to send us to the ferry terminal to catch our ferry after our massage! She was also very accommodating and even gave us time to explore the food centre outside the spa and have a simple lunch before heading off.
The massage itself was superb, I opted for the tropical massage while my wife went for the spa package. Massage was very professional and the masseuse had strength. We both left very satisfied, and will definitely come back again.

Opt for the Hair spa with reflexology + body scrub! All the masseuse, kakak and staff were really kind, professional and respectful! I love their service so much! Hair spa was the one that blown my mind as it includes not only hair wash, cream hair treatment but also head, shoulder and ARM massage! I really like their foot massage as well till i fell asleep! For body scrub i highly recommend the milk scent as it leaves off your body smell so good and silky soft! My parter tried their anti-oxidant massage package which includes, full body massage, scrub and mask! Recommend to off the air-con if you guys feel cold ya 😊! He fell asleep throughout as it was TOO relaxing and good! It was an amazing 2.5hrs for both of us and our money definitely worth it! Less than SGD$100/pax for all of the above! Which i feel is affordable for the services you are gonna get!

We stayed 3 days in Bintan, and 3 days we came back to this spa for a massage. The tropical massage was amazing - good pressure, a variety of strokes, and very very relaxing. We tried the Traditional massage on the third day. It was a bit more pressure but still amazing.
The whole spa was also very welcoming and smelled like Jasmine. It was a divine experience. Lots of rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. The oil used was very soothing too, and they clean it off well after the massage - we went for dinners after our evening massages everyday and felt great! They provide two-way transport to and from your hotel too, and the cars were all brand new with amazing AC. Honestly, the price is also hard to beat at Rp500k for 90min.
All in all a 100/10 experience! Would highly recommend anyone visiting Bintan to come to this place for a massage!

I greatly appreciated the significant discount offered to me as a staff member of Club Med.
This is a great option for a cheaper regular massage outside of the premium service offered in the various resorts.
The quality of the massage was acceptable, however, they can improve their service by playing suitable atmospheric music during the massage and by correcting the spelling and other grammatical errors on their website.
I value their service and will return for regular massages.

This is definitely the best spa experience I have had in Bintan! From the very beginning, they have replied my inquiries and arrange free transportation pick up in a very efficient manner. While we arrived, Wa-Ti gave us a very warm welcome and even offered some professional advice on treatment based on our needs. The therapist for facial was very gentle with my skin and skillful! ❤️ They even sent straight us to ferry terminal after we went eating nearby which we really appreciated! Their service is really second to none. Thank you!😊

Great experience and good service. Staff were very accommodating to our needs and even helped us plan our time so we get to enjoy to the fullest and in time for our departure ferry. They also worked very well with our hotel on all the arrangements as well. Thank you! Will come back again

Although we were late by our appointment, arrangement and acceptance of our booking despite the rush of other customers coming in, did not impact our experience and alternative arrangements for Spa. Did 5 Hour package for 6 pax, although could not complete it due to unforeseen circumstances, Spa helped to offset amount for the unused items in the package, displaying attributes of their customer focused viewpoint.
They've also helped make arrangements for certain attractions around Bintan island prior to Spa, arrangements for those, with timings and transport was very seameless and extremely efficient. Highly recommend.
Bring back your Restaurant too! :D

You can make a booking from most of the hotels on the Island and they also have a website link ... easy going too ... just call and find information on their spa treatments and cost plans. The pack included the trip to and from the hotel to the spa for me and my Wife too. They also have a nice boutique to shop for gifts at the spa.

You can call their phone directly once you reached your hotel. They have a pickup service but check out if they pick up from your hotel.
