Small friendly model village. Loved the curtesy umbrellas. Also two quizzes to be done.
It's as neat as a pin.
It is mainly a railway village and there are plenty of trains. Would have liked some level crossings and maybe announcements at the stations. These are minor quibbles
The hot chocolate at the cafe is excellent

We walked past this not knowing it was here and decided to go in. It would be an idea to bring a picnic to take in as there are benches dotted around and it was pleasant to just sit and watch the trains.

I just love it here! So pretty, so peaceful, so detailed. Kids were enchanted. It feels like going back in time, loved it !

Great little activity. Fun attention to detail, very wholesome. Not too pricey, Adult tickets were £6 and tea, coffee and drinks all reasonable. Immaculately maintained you can tell they really care about it

We took our 7 year old grandson here whilst his sister was at a party . He is train mad and we have never been here before. It really was not what we expected at all, set out in a gorgeous big space you walk around, the attention to detail is astounding. Our grandson was in his element ❤️, and even second time we walk it spotted new things. Spotless this place was. So pleased we went.

Been trying to visit here for ages but just couldn’t get dates or time right :( but last weekend enjoying a post ‘Spoons breakfast stroll hubby spotted the ‘open’ sign and we decided to go and what a little gem this place is! Receiving a warm welcome we explained it was on our list and finally we finally made it (having been once before many years ago). For a very reasonable price (considering you can stay as long as you wish and go round as many times as you want to) we loved the whole thing, we loved looking for the crossword clues, counting the fairies and entering the competition and the trains being on motion sensors ensure you always see moving trains. We were amused by the shop name puns - hilarious & clean fun! We enjoyed a cuppa in the cafe and used the nice facilities. It was the last day of their season so was great timing and nice gentle fun :)

What a truly magical place our 2 year old grandson absolutely loved all the trains ( and so did we ) The whole place is beautifully tended to with so much to see and look out for. A credit to the lovely couple who own the village. Will definitely be returning.

Worth a visit, there isn’t much shelter from the weather but nice displays and model railway running all over the site. Shame no dogs allowed but the grandchildren loved it

I went yesterday and did not notice any sit on rides, however do not let that put you off visiting. My four year old and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
