I love visiting this little gem in Coral Bay! One of the owners, Emily, is a fantastic artist who not only makes jewelry, but amazing Citizens of Nature bug spray! Thais has a vast knowledge of the artisans featured in the shop and is always greeting with a smile! If you miss them in the shop, stop at Skinny's or hit up one of Thais's paddleboard classes! It is so nice to support local, right down to the owners! This is a must stop place on my list!

I love this store! As a local of st john many of my good friends have their art sold in this store. When you walk in the store has such great energy and the girls that work there are super helpful. With Thais's help I was able to pick out the perfect necklace for my sister and she gets complimented on it all the time. You have to check this place out.

If you travel a lot all the way to a certain destination do you really want to buy something made in another country across the globe? This little shop has things made by local artist within the Caribbean. I have personally met many of the artists. There's painters, jewelry makers, natural remedies for bugs, teas, clothing, and so much more. If you ask about the artist, they are probably working across the street. Friendly staff and very welcoming environment. So glad this little shop is here!!

This is a wonderful shop with local handmade art, jewelry and more. It's so great to see a boutique like this in Coral Bay, supporting local artists! I wanted to buy everything and the girls working in the store were knowledgable and helped me pick out a few gifts for friends. I'll definitely be going back!

Love this place! A must stop shop for locally crafted artwork gifts and more. The Citzens of Nature bug spray is made by one of the owners and is not only all natural but it also really WORKS! Next time you have lunch at Skinnys go across the street and find the treasure of a shop....ISLAND MUSE!!

Island Muse is such a beautiful store, everything in there seems to effortlessly flow with an artist vibe. The owners Emily and Thais have put a great effort to showcase local art at great prices. Their charming and graceful manners show in everything they do, from greeting us to displaying every piece on their cozy store. A must when in Coral Bay!

I had the pleasure of visiting Island Muse a couple of times on my trip to the Virgin Islands in March '15. It is so refreshing to find a place that is run by local ladies and stocks local treasures made by artisans on the island. I found a beautiful card painted by Lena Adeline that I sent to my Mum in England for her birthday. The jewelry is also wonderful as was everything else. There was such a great variety of handcrafted items it was hard to choose what to get!
I am always so happy when I can find a place like Island Muse when on vacation that supports the locals and is a true hand crafted treasure! I hope I get to travel to St John again and visit!!!!

Island Muse is right at the top of my list for favorite shopping on St John! I love the beautiful artwork covering every inch of the petite boutique. The owners of the store are always ready with information about the individual art and know so much about every artist they represent here. St John is clearly blessed to have such creative and beautiful people creating treasures for the tourists and locals alike. Thank you for being a beautiful addition to Coral Bay!
