We had an amazing trip. We went on a Nile Cruise on Farah. Luxor and Aswan were incredibly beautiful and our guide, Ahmed, was absolutely delightful and extremely knowledgeable. He made our trip fun and informative and we recommend him and the travel agency without a doubt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cairo and Luxor. We (the four of us) were glad that out tour guide, Ahmed, met us at the airport exit door. Then we met our driver, no doubt experienced expert who took us thru the seemingly maze of cars and roads to GIZA as we
circled around Tahir Square to our 5-star hotel. At this hotel we would eat
breakfast and look out the window at the pyramid. Nice. We were glad that you
provided for a security guard to accompany us thru our tour of Cairo. That was
nice and reassuring, although we did not observe any events or instances that
required his skill - thankfully. Towards our peace, the security guard kindly
made some of the persistent traders stop haggling us.
Our tour guide Ahmed was/is knowledgeable, patient with our many
questions and has a nice sense of humor. He was a very positive part of our
experience, a wonderful part. Just wish we had more time to spend at the
library, but we only had 5 days for the whole trip ..So that means I will return and plan to spend at least two days at the Cairo Library. There is so much to see. I want to go to Aswan as well.
Our trip to Luxor was very enjoyable and amazing. We even had some fresh sugar
cane juice from a local vendor. Our tour guide, Abdulrahim were very
knowledgeable.
In sum, with all the fine dining of Arabic foods & restaurants, nice hotels,
knowledgeable tour guides, we truly enjoyed our visit. Thank you RTS.

It was my first time on Nile Cruise - this company organised all excellent. Perfection and professional in all way. Flight tickets, booking cruise, mobile contact - everything on the biggest level. Thank you for wonderful holiday.

My first visit to Egypt turned out to be something that I will always remember with joy and a warm smile on my face. Our tour guides in Egypt shared quite a lot of background information about the tombs and Kings, etc. I really appreciated the advance warning about the people and locations that I was soon to encounter. Having a personal security agent really helped with the aggressiveness of the venders. In Luxor, again, the tour guides (2) were also quite informative, helpful and entertaining. Background information and history very much appreciated. In both cities the various eating locations and touring cites we visited were very good. I would certainly use RTS Travel again and refer them to others.

i enjoyed traveling to Cairo, Alexandria and Aswan and enjoyed trip in Nile River and special thank to Marwan and all RTS team for make me happy in my trip and sure i will return back to Egypt next year with my family to show them what the Pharaohs donig since 7 thousand years ago

My sister and I have just returned from a 10-day vacation in Egypt. We had a great time and would like to say a big thank you to Ahmed and team at RTS Travel. We opted for the semi private tour in Cairo, Alexandria and Nile cruise the itinerary arranged by RTS suited us well as it gave us a lot of flexibility - we had time to explore on our own and at the same time the small group tours. Transfers went smoothly and on time. No issues with accommodation, nice hotels! They provided knowledgeable guides with good English. In short, we're happy with their service, professional and attentive. So thanks again RTS Travel, in particular Ahmed, guides Reda,Goerge, and Mohamed our responsible driver for 3 days in Cairo and Alexandria who helped with our sightseeing and introduced us to way of driving in Cairo which is completly different than drive at home.

Despite what was going on in Cairo the past week, We engaged RTS El-raghy travel tours for our short tours in Cairo and Alexandria. We had no issues at all throughout and then we were on a cruise, and Islam was our personal tour guide. He was one of the most friendliest and concerned guides compared to the rest of guides I've had in the past. He was humorous and very knowledgeable in his line of work. He was very customer oriented and willing to go an extra mile for the satisfaction of his clients. We highly recommend Islam's services to anyone going on tour.

I had so much fun on my trip to Cairo. This was my first time to Cairo so I wanted the best expierence. I wanted the knowledge of the city with a fun edge, and that's what i got with R.T.S. I enjoyed myself and i also learned alot. I am highly recommending R.T.S.

We tried to rent a limo car from this company. After confirming their price, they made us wait until the last minute and said they didn't have available car for the next day. They also said we would get back to you with the available days and of course they did not. We had to organise with a different company and lost a lot of time. They also said that hiring a guide was required to enter the pyramids which isn't true and a cheap lie to get more money from us. Very unreliable company. Stay away from them.

thanks for reviewing about our company on trip advisor, but we wished if you already had a service from our company then you can complain if you do not like it.
but all what happened that the time you ordered to rent car , we do not have cars to be rented, spacialy as i mentioned to you many time it was a peak period. more over we have to have any Guarantee like a visa card number or similer which prove that this request is real, as we many fake requests, peaple are asking to rent cars or tours, then they does not show up.
