We opted to sit outside, since the weather was perfect. The small bites were an amazing addition to compliment the wines sampled. Tony, our host, was our favorite (even from all the other vineyards we visited!). Thank you for a quality product and all the pride you have for what you do!

What an amazing tasting room! They not only have exceptional wine but they have wonderful people who make you feel welcome. Due to time constraints we weren't able to do the food pairings with our wine tasting but we got to taste some excellent wines. I do suggest doing the food pairings as that has never disappointed. I also suggest becoming a member as these are exclusive wines that you will not find in stores. We have been members for many years and have enjoyed many of their awesome events😁 and superb wines.

Simply put it was superb! Wine was outstanding, service was amazing Kathi is so knowledgeable and her presentation is such anyone can grasp it! Also the atmosphere was so relaxing it was a divine experience thank you for the memories!

The lunch was awesome.
Great food and we tasted some amazing wines.
The private room was outstanding and our hostess was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Service was AAA quality.
We highly recommend this if you visit wine country.

Came in for a tasting because of the Little Book Passport. We were greeted by Tasting House and Garden Manager Luis Pettinato with a refreshing glass of white blend. All the wines were really delicious. He gave us a history lesson on the owner, Winery and tasting room. We really enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to go back in the summer to do a wine and food pairing.

Remarkable wine tasting experience with knowledgeable, delightful and patient host. (We had some know it alls in our group). ;) The wines speak for themselves; some of the best in the region with their worldly origins. Highly recommend. Don’t miss this one.

VGS is in our top three wine tasting spots, every time we go to Napa! Wonderful environment, the wine is excellent, and the food pairing is amazing. Kathi is a flawless host, providing information about the winery, the wines, the glass shape and size, and demonstrating the difference in the wine glass for the tasting! She provides a wonderful combination of education and fun. We will always return to VGS Chateau Potelle -- because it is, after all, VGS!!

Engaging hostess. Loved the correct wine glasses per pour. Generous pours. Small room made it easy to meet new friends. All the wines where smooth, qualified for drink now IMHO. The food bites are French restaurant sized, so go there for the wine, do not expect a foodie feast.

Such an amazing experience! It was personal, fun and informative! Luis was fantastic. It has been a long time since I’ve had a tasting that had a host who cared about what they were doing and the people they were talking to.

What is the dress code here? We will be stopping by at the end of December when we visit relatives.

No dress code here...only requirement is that you come prepared to taste delicious wines and have a great time!!!

Also-Please note that we will be closed from December 24-Jan 2 to allow our team members to spend the holidays with their loved ones!

How many minutes is the VGS Tasting House & Garden. I cannot find the information on their website.

The VGS Food & Wine Experience lasts 60-90 minutes on average...however, this is totally up to you the guest. If you need for it to be expedient, we can do that for you...but we really recommend allowing a good 75-90 minutes to truly enjoy the experience.

Unfortunately we do not sell this wine in France, we barely produce enough to sell just here in California.
