We could not be more disappointed in the level of competence and professionalism demonstrated by M&M Limousine & Bus Services in October 2023. Our agenda was to be driven a short distance from a casino to a brewery to stay for an hour. Then we were to be driven to dinner at a nearby restaurant and then back to the casino. We were dropped off at the brewery but then the driver failed to show up to take us to dinner. We ended up taking alternative transportation. Having lost confidence in our driver we canceled him for the return trip to the casino. We subsequently tried to speak with a manager on a number of occasions but one was never available. About 2 weeks later we received an E-mail apologizing for the inconvenience and they took full responsibility for it. However they only saw it fit to refund half our money. We would highly recommend not doing business with M&M Limousine & Bus Services.

do not ignore the warnings that you’re reading in the rest of these reviews.

this company is absolute trash. they’re consist late, communication is non-existent, and their customer service a joke.

its a 50/50 shot that you’ll get the color you paid for, the size ride you paid for, the cleanliness you’d expect from any reputable company… the list of disappointments just goes on and on.

you may think - well I’ll be proactive and call them…nope. they will flat out lie to you to get you off the phone.

go with literally any other company, walk, hitch hike, grab an Uber. just don’t go with m&m

Would rate zero if I could. Do not try to book with this company. Cancelled within an hour of booking and with many calls, etc. they have failed to refund my credit card for services cancelled per their cancellation policy which were never rendered. Currently disputing though my cc. Criminal.

Horrible service....canceled our service 5 hours before by sending a text message...tried calling them 10 times and 2 people hung up on us and then never picked up!!!

Horrible limo company ! I had party bus scheduled for 5 pm. Got a call at 3:30 saying that it would be 30 min late due to someone calling off. Not their fault. A charter bus should up about 5:40, we loaded up. Then the poor driver gets a call stating that dispatch didn’t tell him that he wasn’t supposed to pick us up. They changed his route and NEVER told the poor driver! so we had to unload everything. One person on phone with company, I was on phone with a new driver. Both had different stories. Dispatch also told this driver that he didn’t have to pick us up!! so finally at 6:45 a bus shows up. garbage all over inside. Totally unacceptable. I will never use them again. & I will make sure to tell everyone.

I booked two 40-passenger buses to transport guests for my wedding day. Only one of the buses showed up. It was not until 15 minutes before the buses were to depart to the wedding venue I received a call from M&M indicating that the 2nd bus was running 90 minutes behind schedule. They told me the bus was on another call and would not be leaving the route. I called M&M twice in the days leading up to my wedding to insure this would not be a problem as I had seen mixed reviews online. And on both occasions they promised me that both vehicles would arrive in time as they would make it a priority because it was for a wedding. Needless to say, several family members missed the wedding ceremony because of M&M's inability to deliver on their promise. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Check the BBB reviews for this company before booking.

First and foremost, I’m not even the type of guy to post a bad review but this company earned this, on Tuesday June 13th I called to make a reservation for a ride from my house to Midway Airport for my upcoming international flight. We agreed on $160 and set the reservation for Thursday, June 15th at 13:30 or 1:30 because my flight leaves at 16:00 or 4pm. Come Thursday, 1:30 the driver wasn’t outside my home as agreed. So I thought maybe he’s running a few minutes late no big deal. At 1:40 the driver was not at my house, and I haven’t received a call from dispatch letting me know what was going on. In the initial phone call regarding the drivers absence, at 1:40 pm, the dispatch representative assured me he was 15 minutes away, so I waited. When 15 minutes had passed, I called the company again and I was told he was 11 minutes away, the dispatch representative told me the name of a road that I was familiar with. So I waited another 10-15 minutes, at this point I I received no explanation of what happened, and why I’m not on my way to Midway. The driver finally arrived at around 2:15-2:30. The “story” I got was that “since the vehicle is runs on diesel, the gas card that we use only works at select gas stations, so I had to drive to find the nearest diesel gas station to fill it up to pick you up” I find that completely ridiculous, a multi-million dollar company doesn’t have a gas card that they can use anywhere. But okay, the driver was kind enough to load and unload the luggage and help us into the Sprinter. The journey to Midway airport was about an hour long. Keep in mind the plane leaves at 4pm. We get there at 3:30pm. We ended up missing our flight, which tickets costed me around $8,000. Thankfully, I negotiated with airline and they let my family jump on the next flight. However that accommodation, costed me additional $500 out of pocket. I called M&M about this and they initially seemed helpful, I spoke with someone named Brian. He assured me that I would get a refund. I told him the refund is the only the beginning of what I require. Brian said he can only grant the refund, and that anything more than that he would have to speak with Muhammad, the General Manager. Which I understand, but after speaking with Brian the company went out of their way to ignore me. I called several times to speak with Mohammed and the representatives refused to transfer me to Muhammed until I tell them why I’m calling. Keep in mind this is like the fourth or fifth time I’m calling and I have to go over the story I just shared with you every single time. It’s astonishing that a company doesn’t keep notes on customer communications. I have yet to hear from anyone about my reimbursement. I’m now considering other options but for now, I would NOT recommend that you do business with the. ZERO STARS, They just want your money. They don’t care about you as a customer.

We booked for my daughters Quinceanera and when the day of they showed up with a sprinter van, not the limo we had made reservation for.. my daughter was very upset! I emailed them and never got a response from them.. WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!
I had been using their service for a while, friends and family has used the in the past ALOT.

Do NOT use. Late for pickup. Late to concert. Won't even call me back. Terrible customer service. Left 3 messages for the manager named "Perfecto" ...and he never called me back.

We had a bus tour from Portage Indiana to Branson Missouri. Our driver (Jerry Partee Jr) was amazing! Excellent driving skills, excellent personality and all around great person. Jerry went above and higher in taking care of all 47 of us. We could not of had a better driver!!! He quickly became a member of our group, he was not just the bus driver, he IS our friend! We sooo hope to have on ALL of our future travels. If you see this review Jerry...WE APPRECIATE ALL YOU DID ❤️
