So there are "security guards" (percy jackson the lighting thief and D'arcy) and the first day we arrived they approached our campsite greeting us, reading us the rules & regulations etc. We didn't think anything of it and went on with the rest of our day & night. The next day we were blasting music at 9:30 & we were told to turn off our music because it was inappropriate, OK fair enough. We are reasonable people, not even an hour later Percy & D'arcy come back and start telling us we need to go to sleep. At 10:30. Ridiculous, were grown @s$ people. We refused and they phoned the police. When the police arrived the "security guards" decided to tell the police that we were there the previous weekend causing a ruckus. Which was weird considering that this was the first time any of us had ever been there. So fast forward; they evicted us, refused to give our damage deposit back, banned us from the ENTIRE reserve. We had to sit on the side of the road for hours in the pitch black dark until we were allowed to come back in the morning to get our belongings and leave. OH yeah and the bathrooms are disgusting DO NOT CAMP HERE

My experience here was just okay. I like to camp here because of other things aside from the bathroom is always disgusting and filthy. We camp tenting and we always bring portable toilet which is fine. My kids love to play in the playground and it is very close to the waterpark. It would be nice if the management will look after the bathroom very carefully as people might get sick. If you plan to camp here i will advise you to bring your own portable toilet.

Pros: -Staff is very friendly and will be willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. -Has a playground for kids to enjoy -Very spacious and not crowded -Has bathrooms and porta-potties and another bathroom building being built -Showers are free -Good prices for camp sites -Has a creek and a river to swim and fish in, and that are in walking distance Cons: -Bathrooms aren't always tidy, it gets worse on weekends. But is understandable due to how many campers there can be. -Garbage's pile up sometimes -Sometimes it gets noisy at night on weekends -If a light sleeper bring ear plugs -During the week there's workers working on a gravel pit early in the morning but they don't work on weekends In general, our stay was good, just letting you know they also require a damage deposit of $100 but it gets refunded when you check out. The campground is in a private area, but minutes away from Cultus Lake which is nice. It's a very nice place to take the family.

Pros: -Showers & bathroom stalls. -kids playground -garbage & recycling near campsites -creekside -quiet time and gate closes at 11 pm -campfires/picnic tables assigned to campsites -kind staff/owners & security -firewood corner store near by (sells for $5-$8) -refundable $100 deposit -volleyball net -fishing area -cultus lake near by & the water park -not very many mosquitoes -security patrols hourly Cons -washroom & shower area may be far from your campsite -portable toilets -faucets can be difficult to handle -can get busy fast -expensive logs for $25 Overall, it was still a good campsite with our two-night experience. We spend half a day down by the river where people are fishing just to watch people try to catch fishes. I recommend bringing ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

Camped for two nights on our trailer and there's only an electricity hook-up no faucet. On arrival we didn't have any power and the supposedly maintenance guy can't figure out why, fortunately I found the GFI switch was off so switched it on myself. Fortunately we have our own porta toilet and shower stall as the inadequate camp toilets and washrooms were too disgusting to describe. We heard they even keep on running out of hot water. It smells dog poo all over the place since they only cover the poos with sand. They should close this down.
