Vivimos en Palmetto Bay y nos encontramos con amigos de Broward, así que busqué restaurantes vegetarianos en Doral. ¡Qué descubrimiento tan asombroso! Laborejo solo ha estado abierto alrededor de un mes (su teléfono aún no se ha instalado), por lo que no está demasiado lleno,...pero sospecho que una vez que esta gema desconocida tenga más exposición, estará muy ocupada. Pedimos dos aperitivos: el Earth and Ground Hummus Trio con un hummus de chile picante seco, un hummus tradicional y un hummus de perejil / limón, servido con pan de pita casero (pedimos más pita, estaba tibia, suave y deliciosa) . El hummus era maravilloso y los piñones añadían un crujido rico y mantecoso perfecto. Nuestro segundo aperitivo fue la clorofila, una combinación de Bok choy, hojas de mostaza, espárragos, nabos y brócoli perfectamente salteados y condimentados. Tuve la calabaza y almendras Capelletti que fue realmente notable. Sus postres son todos veganos y los dos que probamos estaban deliciosos. La presentación de cada plato fue hermosa.
