Se trata de un hotel pequeño, son 4 pisos en un edificio, más el lobby. Las piezas son limpias, cómodas y confortables. No hay cajones así que debes ser muy ordenado. 1- Todo su personal . En especial el apoyo en el servicio de Concierge de Arisa y Silvano
2- Ubicación: Un barrio de negocios muy agradable y bien comunicado
3- Habitaciones. Confortables pero no son amplias . Muy limpias

Hotel de cadena con mucho nivel, se nota en sus instalaciones, el personal te atiende fenomenal y se esfuerza por ayudar, Desayuno muy completo. El teléfono que tienes a tu disposición es de gran ayuda para moverte por Tokyo. Las Habitaciones aún siendo de nivel superior son muy justas.

El hotel en sí es bastante normal, como otros en Tokyo...
Estuve 4 noches por trabajo y el hotel era simplemente correcto. Sin más.
El personal educado pero sin ser especialmente simpáticos. Íbamos con bastante material que teníamos que guardar en una sala para almacenar y nos ponían pegas cada vez que teníamos que coger/dejar algo.
El personal de la cafetería del hall borde a más no poder.
El desayuno correcto, pero nada del otro mundo.
Tiene unas terrazas para fumadores bastante agradables.
En fin, que si fuese otra vez a Tokyo no iría aquí...
