Estoy en este momento hospedado en la habitación 504.
Saliendo a las 8 de la mañana no se logra que limpien la habitación antes de las 16.30 (debemos tener en cuenta que en esta época en Belfast a esa hora el sol se está poniendo)
Pese a reclamar, tuvimos que esperar en el lobby una hora sin lograr que terminaran de limpiar la habitación.
Al personal de recepción no parece preocuparles la situación.
El hotel tampoco tiene precio diferencial para el parking y te envía al parking por hora que se encuentra a 100 metros (CAR PARK), que al computarte por horas cuesta el doble en Libras que los de Londres o Glasgow en iguale sector.
Tengo reservas en otros Hampton en mi recorrido, por lo que (pese a que en otros Hampton me atendieron bien) veré de cancelar las reservas y optar por otro hotel.
Aqui debería haber optado por el Holiday Inn que esta enfrente del Hampton y posee estacionamiento propio.

I am so sorry to receive the low score and to read that we did not meet your expecations during your time with us. I can assure you that all of our teams do what they can to minimise any waiting time to have rooms cleaned - as with most hotels, stay over rooms are usually completed by 6:30pm.
We do have preferential rate with the car park next door - the rate is usually £22.00 but we have it reduced to £10.00 for our guests - the same as Holiday Inn as the small amount of spaces outside Holiday Inn is for drop off only.
I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your time with us, but I do hope that if your travels bring you back to Belfast that you will stay with us again and allow us to try and change your opinion of us.

Mi primera vez en un Hampton y resulta que es todo lo que necesito en una ciudad. El hotel está nuevo, realmente parece recién estrenado. Ubicación excelente con una atención exquisita por parte del personal. Desayuno muy completo para coger energía para prácticamente todo el día. Habitación amplia y limpia.

Muy bien situado en la ciudad de Belfast. A 5-10 minutos a pie del Ayuntamiento, "The Crowm"... Moderno. Ascensor que demanda la tarjeta e la habitación para acceder a la planta. Habitación amplia, limpia, completa. Desayuno correcto. Se aparca en parking cercano -al lado del hotel- por 10 libras (gracias a un acuerdo del hotel). Excelente trato por parte del personal.
Totalmente recomendable.

Hemos estado 2 noches alojados en este moderno Hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias. Hay parking con concierto en la Estación. Está situado muy céntrico a 400 m del centro. Desayuno abundante con muchas opciones. En la zona hay 2-3 restaurantes, de esa forma aumentan las opciones.

El hotel está a 200 m de la estación de autobuses y a 10 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad. Además hay dos oficinas de alquileres de coches a 100m.
Las habitaciones son modernas, espaciosas y el baño está bien. El espacio donde se desayuna es algo escaso y no hay una oferta muy grande, aunque hay platos calientes. Es quizás el punto más flojo del hotel que por lo demás está muy bien.
