Giancarlo was a gracious host, we utilized his transportation services to and from airport. He showed us some of the important places to go in Milan and oriented us to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Giancarlo was available for assistance and responds quickly. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and public transportation is easy if you need it.

Wonderful apartment, great location
We were met on arrival at the apartment by Giancarlo, he was most friendly and spoke good English. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, even a wash machine. ( we had been on a cruise) great to be able to have clean clothes prior to our tour of Europe.The apartment had great appeal with a view to the courtyard. the tram stopped directly in front. we were also able to easily walk to the main attractions and home from the nearest Hop on Hop off bus. Recommend for you to stay at this very typical and greatly located apartment. you can also be picked up and dropped off to train station by Giancarlo if requested.

Perfect apartment Milan
This apartment was fantastic for us. As senior travellers a lift, wifi, washing machine, proximity to transport and shops are essential. This apartment had all this with the added bonus of a wonderful host with the perfect balance of privacy, helpfulness and great knowledge of Milan.An exceptional experience.

Great experience
From beginning to end everything went well with this apartment. Check in was seamless. The apartment was clean, well organized and well equipped. The location is very good with the Duomo within easy walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) and grocery store and restaurants nearby. Giancarlo is a gracious and helpful host. Thanks Giancarlo - we would definitely return!

Great place in the center
Our host arranged for transportation from the airport to his apartment. He is very enthusiastic about his home city of Milan. The apartment is located in the center of Milan, walking distance to many attractions. The apartment is in a refurbished 19th century building with a beautiful courtyard in the center. It is very safe and secure, with three separate locked doors. The apartment is very clean and functional, with modern conveniences. The host lives next door and is readily available for anything we needed. He is very knowledgeable about the different places in Milan, and is an excellent host. I highly recommend this apartment.

Apartamento bien ubicado
Bien ubicado para recorrer Milán a pie, cama muy cómoda, el trato por parte de Giancarlo es cercano, educado y muy amable. A tener en cuenta que se trata de un piso antiguo que se ha dividido entre un pequeño apartamento para alquilar (parcialmente renovado) y la vivienda habitual del propietario.

Fantastic location, excellent apartment and amazing host
Magic because: 1) of location (core of the city), 2) convenience (major sites are a short walk away), and 3) quality (clean, comfortable, well-equipped).
The owner, Giancarlo, was always available when we needed him, but not hovering over us when when not needed. He answered our requests and questions immediately. Thanks to Giancarlo and his beautiful apartment, our first stay in Milan was everything we could have hoped for in a vacation.
Magic indeed. If you are thinking of Milan for business or pleasure then this property might be ideal for you too. Ciao!

Great apartment, Great location
Giancarlo gave us perfect directions and met us at the train station right on time. He quickly oriented us to the apartment and asked us if we needed anything further and told us to text him if we needed anything at all. We enjoyed two wonderful days in Milan. The apartment provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well-appointed and in a great location. We can't thank Giancarlo enough for his hospitality and for suggestions on how to get the most out of our visit to Milan.

Great Location but.....
The Owner, Giancarlo is a very hospitable host and responsive
Location of the Apartment to the City Center is great and also restaurants about 10-15mins walk from it (do not eat at Catalunya, it's a waste of Euros and the service is bad)....the best we had was MAREMOSSO.... fabulous Seafood place and great Service and the owner has the same name of Giancarlo and it was recommended by the fabulous Manager of the nice bakery on the same side of the Apartment.
About the Apartment:
1. Although it has all the amenities of home, the furniture in the lounge cum dinning is too bulky so it make the place congested.
The bathroom is small especially the shower, it does not have any corner racks for toiletries/soap, every time you bend to get them on the floor, your bum crashes into the glass door of the shower. There is no towel hanging space, and the entire apartment needs a complete make over with a fresh coat of paint, new or clean flooring and total clean up too.
2.The bedding is not hypoallergenic cleaned, my wife had rashes on the back of her neck and shoulders.
Although Giancarlo is a very nice host, however, if we ever visit Milan again, to pay Euro120/night, I would look elsewhere.

I am so sorry that Mr. Soon did not feel comfortable but this is contraddictory to what he said when I was asking. He answered that everything was perfect. I am going to reply to his points:
1) the place in the lounge dining is comfortable and everything is in a perfect order. When Mr. Soon left everything was dirthy and congested in a terrible state;
The shower is regular size and there are either a corner rack for soap and also a haning space behind the door. The whole apartment has been painted 6 months ago and every is immaculate as ALL ohter guests wrote.
The bed il hypoallergenic certified. I think the big problem about this couple is that are very demanding and tightfisted. The sent me more than 30 email before coming asking me all kind of things and I was happy to answer and also they expected me to drive them to places with my car for free. I thank them for staying in my apartment but I do not recommend them to anybody

Great spot to stay
We stopped in this lovely apartment for three nights.
Perfect location.
Giancarlo met us at the station (waited a while I think) and took us to the accommodation. Spotless in a lovely area.
