There is a generous sized porch and inside is a character dining room with wood burning stove leading to the fully fitted kitchen to the rear. The family bathroom leads off the kitchen to one side. The comfortable sitting room with a further wood burning stove is to the other side of the cottage with a double bedroom located to the rear. Upstairs, there is a twin bedroom and a good sized master bedroom. Accommodation Ground Floor: Wood floored dining room leading to fully fitted kitchen with access to the family bathroom with over bath shower. Living room with comfortable sofas leading to a ground floor double bedroom to the rear with 4'6" bed with clothes rail. First Floor: As this is an older cottage, please do bear in mind that the stairs are quite steep and narrow. The wood floored master bedroom (5' bed) with wardrobe is absolutely delightful and there is a second twin bedroom with 2 3' single beds that are also zip & link to provide a large 6' double bed. This bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Exterior: The front garden is completely enclosed (although please do understand this cannot guarantee a dog could not escape) with small lawns and a patio area. To the rear of the kitchen is a small sitting out area and the steps lead to a further enclosed rear lawned garden. Facilities & Services Heating is via oil fired central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with a twin electric oven & hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer. There is also washing machine. The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD with player. WiFi is available at the property. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included, but you must bring your own beach towels. There are 3-4 private car parking spaces available on a gravel area in front of the cottage. A cot & highchair are available. Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the property. Up to 3 well behaved dogs are permitted at the additional rate of £35 per dog per week although please remember you cannot leave dogs unattended in the property alone. There is an iron and ironing board. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. Short breaks are available during quieter periods. £200 security deposit is required to pre-authorised on your card.Más
