We loved our stay at Casa Valhalla! The 3 bedroom unit is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen and baths are new and modern. The beds were comfortable and we slept better than we had in months. The back yard is a beautiful place to enjoy playing with your kids. The house is in a great location between town and hiking trails. It was so nice to feel like we were at home instead of in a hotel or hostel. I say book it while you can!

Jon and Jules have a great place to stay in Casa Valhalla. My wife and I rented the one bedroom unit out of this fourplex and we were not disappointed. A nice, modern, well kept up unit with everything you would need to be comfortable. The gardens surrounding the property are absolutely beautiful and you can help yourself to the various herbs being grown in the backyard. The personnel who take care of the property are diligent in their duties and are very friendly and will help you out in any way they can.

Casa Valhalla lives up to the description on it's website! We stayed in the smallest unit for a month, at the end of10ish months in Boquete.(We also looked at the largest unit, the only other one available when we needed it, and it too was lovely.) I was thrilled with the nice quality linens (including mattress pad, not at all typical of Panama) and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen included better than average pans, lots of storage for leftovers, and all sorts of handy tools needed to cook a variety of dishes. The grounds were wonderfully kept, and having the washer and dryer right there was a treat. (Over a year in Panama, and that was the only time we had a dryer.) The manager on premise, Madeline, was pleasant and helpful. It was a little bit less than a mile walk to the major grocery store, with gentle hills, so we never felt the need to take a cab. We would definitely staying there again.

We stayed here on our first trip to Boquete and it was wonderful! Walking distance to town, safe, clean and beautiful. We sat each night and listened to the water flow through the river that is right next to the property. The flowers and landscaping are amazing. Although we stayed in the "efficiency" we had plenty of room and a nice kitchen. The bedroom is large with a fold out couch, closet and a nice bathroom with shelving for all of your toiletries. We had the opportunity to see the other apartments available and were not disappointed. Can't wait for our next visit, we didn't want to leave.

We came to Boquete for the first time and found this location ideal. Pleasant views and good exercise were bonuses on our daily half mile walk to restaurants or grocery stores in town central. Taxis are available for under $2 if needed. The location was safe in a good neighborhood with river views just across the street. The small kitchen was fully furnished and the owner was courteous and readily available for any questions. A couple of very minor issues with gas tank or light fixture were immediately addressed, and we felt comfortable about contacting Jules and Jon anytime. You can use the backyard hammock to lull away quiet time while enjoying the flowers and landscaping. There is a communal (4 apts) high efficiency washer and dryer on the back porch. Neighbors in the other apts. were pleasant and helpful. I would return anytime.
