The house itself is built in 280 square meter of a 580 square meter plot. It counts on 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with shower, one of them “en suite”, and an additional toilet. Three of the master bedrooms are located upstairs with fantastic ocean views, and the fourth bedroom is located in the basement along with a full bathroom. The ground floor offers a modern and spacious living room-kitchen, equipped down to the smallest detail: oven, microwave, refrigerator, wine cellar, toaster, ducted air conditioning, dining area and a wide TV area with a large sofa and views of the garden and over the pool. The outside terrace can be accessed from any point of this room through its large sliding glass doors. Conditions This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden. Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass. A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
