The apartment is a good size and very comfortable. The location is around a couple of industrial estates but Lidl is just around the corner and it’s only a 5 minute walk into the city. Phil is very good to deal with and had provided us loads of info on the apartment and good places to go that were close by.
The lift in the building is broken so there are a lot of stairs but Phil had already informed us of this before confirming the booking and it wasn’t an issue for us.

Poor communication and cancellation of our booking at very short notice.
We booked this accom on Feb 11th and reserved three nights from 6th-9th March. On 5th March we hadn’t received entrance procedures for the accomodation and so contacted the owner. We then received an email as follows “The building management company has notified me on Friday (3rd March) that the cladding on the building is to be replaced due to the Grenville issue. They are going to dismantle the wooden balcony & cedar cladding.” Whilst a full refund was received promptly it was extremely inconvenient to be told the accom was cancelled only 24 hours before our stay. Thankfully we were able to arrange an alternative but that could have been very different given we were given no warning of the sudden cancellation!

Overpriced, overheated and over rated
With the cost of this apartment I expected higher quality bedding and towels. Plus being in effect a metal box it was extremely hot all of the time which made us cut our holiday short. Not to mention situated in the red light are of Plymouth

Nice Quiet apartment
The apartment Was was clean and well presented on arrival , it has all the amenities needed , easy access to the surrounding area . Importantly to me it was quiet in the evening and at night time , the beds are also comfortable and the apartment not too hot . Also secure underground parking big enough for my audi estate . I would stay here again and probably will

Excellent
Very good. The only item which needs to be repaired is the back window. On the road to this side at night motor cycle seem to happen on Friday night. It would be good to have the windows to be closed.
The rooms and the apartment are excellent.

Weekend away
Photos of the view are different to what it is buildings built in front so blocks sea view
Beds were ok not great if you suffer from bad back like my partner
Shower could do with updating
Overall was a nice apartment

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage
Plymouth hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Wir waren auf Wunsch unserer Tochter hier und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
Wetter war prima, the Hoe, Plymouth Sound, Royal William Yard, the Barbican alles sehr sehenswert und mit einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Alles war sauber und der Blick von der Terrasse wunderschön! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir hatten am Anreisetag Probleme mit dem Internetzugang; aber Carol war sehr hilfsbereit und der Fehler (falsche Verbindung im Hauptanschlusskasten an der Straße) schnell gefunden und behoben.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Great location
Did not visit as I had a stroke on Tuesday aug 22 just before our arrival due on fri 25.We were very disappointed as we had booked through the fri 8 of sept. We enjoyed our visit from the prior and had a great time. Hopefully we can get our security deposit refunded as we will have lost the booking fee for the two weeks.

Lovely apartment....
Stayed here for a lovely long weekend. The apartment was smart and clean and well equipped. The two bedrooms were quite roomy and the beds comfy. We got a taxi to and from the town centre/Barbican which was £3.80-£5. The apartment is warm and the only slight moan was that we had to open the front bedroom window/door and the street noise did keep us awake. The balcony was a delight and lovely to sit out with a drink. The furniture out on the balcony was lovely, shame the weather was poor otherwise we would have eaten out there too...we definitely will book this again when visiting friends in Plymouth.

Convenient, quiet and very comfortable.
View not as advertised on the website - not open sea views. Staff were helpful and considerate
The big negative was that the lift was out of order for the two weeks of our stay, except for two days at the end. The apartment is on the fourth floor which caused a lot of inconvenience for my wife who suffers from a spinal injury.
Parking only good for renter. Other parking can be difficult.
We suffered the loss of our space when someone decided to use it and refused to move!
The management arranged for another space - helpful as we were leaving the next. Morning..
Basic supplies of tea, coffee, milk and sugar would have been appreciated as a welcome pack. No glass cleaner.?
Balcony was really large with plenty of furniture. No shading devices.
