This apartment has all the comforts one could want...
This apartment has all the comforts one could want when travelling abroad.
Close to an underground parking lot, the train station, city centre too.
It was quiet in the evening, all appliances in good working order.
Beds were comfy as was the balcony. I would certainly stay again.
Also the owner responds quickly when needed.

Wow this amazing apartment! The views are outstanding! The deck is wonderful . Bells ringing is so special to hear and right by the apartment.
Kitchen is so well equipped.
Mosquito netting over beds was great to have.
Claudia is a great host and Isabell was a great help as well.
This is well located you call walk to everything just about.
So many great places to eat right around the apartment.
Oh and the apartment is very comfortable! AND has elevator for travelers like us who overpacked. 😬

Fantastic apartment perfectly situated to see Avignon by foot. Exactly as it was advertised, and the terrace and views were even better than expected. Host and housekeeoer couldnt have been more helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you Claudia and Ysabeau!

It was wonderful. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful view balcony.
Had every thing one could want or need. Great shower, nice kitchen the location, magnificent.
The train station for any day trips is very close.
The apartment felt truly cared for.
The communication, spot on.
I would recommend this to those who want beauty, comfort, excellent location, comfortable beds nd a welcoming, bright place to come home to after a long day of exploring.

We just finished a 30-day stay in this comfortable, well-thought out apartment. The apartment is quiet with a great view. It is close to many restaurants in all price ranges, several grocery stores and pharmacies, and a short walk from Les Halles (farmer’s market). We loved the Vietnamese place next door and Michelin-starred L’Agape around the corner. The apartment is tastefully decorated and included the basic necessities as well as many thoughtful “extras” such as umbrellas, slippers, spices, cleaning supplies etc. Claudia and Georg were there to meet us when we checked in and stayed in touch throughout our stay. We planned Avignon as a base for touring and it is an easy walk to the train station. Oh yes, the elevator is very reliable!

Very comfortable and spacious flat that really felt like home. It was very close to everything and had a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for making our own meals or just enjoying a coffee on the teracce! I would definitely recommend this rental when in Avignon or anywhere in Provence.
Claudia was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-stocked for cooking. The host provided many amenities that made it feel like home. The view from the balcony was exceptional, and the location was quiet. This was an extremely comfortable and welcoming stay, and I hope to return sometime in the future.

We had the very good fortune to stay in Claudia’s apartment for 2 months, and we highly recommend it to anyone coming to Avignon. To begin, it is in a perfect location, walkable to all the sights, markets, restaurants, and transportation. This penthouse is centrally located but quiet – we heard not much beside the birds and children laughing in the park. The flower-filled balcony is perfect for outdoor wine or meals, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It is higher than most of the surrounding buildings, so all the views are wonderful. Claudia has thoughtfully equipped the apartment, making it comfortable and easy to cook, relax, and even work remotely. It’s beautifully decorated as well - the online pictures do not do it justice! She is a wonderful host and is very helpful and kind, sending details before our arrival, answering all our questions, and checking in with us multiple times during our stay. Her house manager is close by, and it was good to know we could contact her if necessary, too. If we have the chance to return to Avignon, we will surely look to stay at this property again. We have rented many properties in our travels, and this one (and this host) are truly special.

Superb. Super Schlafräume, einer voll zu verdunkeln. Ich lasse mich lieber vom Tagesrhythmus durch das Tageslicht wecken. Die Fenster sind was die Sonneneinstrahlung betrifft, perfekt ausgerichtet, damit meine ich die Sonne belastet einen nicht. Die Fenster zur Sonnenseite haben alle elektrische Aussenjalousien. Jede einzeln zu bedienen. Das Duschbad ist pefekt. Groß und niemand kann sich stoßen. Die Toilette ist separat wie oft in Frankreich. Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte immer. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Betreuung war sehr gut auch für die Anreise. Das Parkhaus bietet übrigens spezielle Kongresstarife! Gerne kommen wir wieder.
