There is a shared pool and a children's playground excellent for your kids' amusement. ~ Restaurants/Shopping The nearest restaurant, El Pesquera is at 300m from the apartment, here you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of sea food. In the nearby you find Restaurante Rocio Cafeteria and La Tirana. In 1 km from the apartment you have various restaurants and boutiques and also on the beach you'll find chiringuitos where you can taste delicious tapas or bocadillos. Within walking distance you'll find El Corte Ingles and El Capricho Shopping Center for purchasing the goods that you need. The nearest supermarket is inside El Corte Ingles but you also have nearby Mercadona (400m) from where you can buy fresh vegetables, fish, meat or fresh baked bread. In the neighborhood you'll find Gran Melia don Pepe, a 5 star retreat with spa and sushi bar. ~ Activities In 1.6 kilometers from the apartment you'll reach downtown Marbella with it's famous historic center, The Orange Square or Plaza de los Naranjos. The Orange Square is full of mature Sevilla orange trees and in spring the delicate scent of orange blossom permeates the streets of the old town creating an enchanting atmosphere. Also, Marbellas narrow streets in the old town are filled with cozy shops, restaurants and cafeterias and i'm sure you'll spend a wonderful time exploring them. Located on a quiet street 2 blocks from the beach, with a 7 minute drive into Orange Square, or 7 minutes the opposite direction to Puerto Banus. The apartment has 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, a large balcony and is located on the 2nd floor, with underground parking and accessed by an elevator. The pool area is quiet small but the grounds are manicured and perfectly maintained throughout. This apartment is fitted out to a high standard with all the latest gadget, Miele appliances, great beds and Netflix.and wifii that actually worked !!!! Over the years I have rented many times in the area and I would recommend this rental as by far the best.. There's also a Starbucks on Corner. !!!!!

The apartment was excellent, clean, comfortable and equipped to a high standard and met all of our needs. The apartment building, which is in a secure compound, was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and quiet. The location of the apartment was excellent and convenient to the town centre, supermarkets and the beach front with all the restaurants, cafes and bars. We were pleased that all went very smoothly on our arrival and departure and were glad that you took the time to explain the operation of various facilities in the apartment. We were also grateful that you quickly resolved the oven problem, especially as it occurred on a weekend. All in all we think that you gave an excellent and reliable service and I would not hesitate in recommending you to our friends.
