Location! next to non for downtown, you hear and see the sea waves from the apt, every thing is walking distance,
Great, well located, walking distance to every thing, owner very helpful, supportive and responsive.

Very disappointing unsatisfactory experience with owner and manager
From we arrrived in the airport I messaged manager to say we had arrived waiting on luggage and would be making our way to apartment. To which with she come back with a very abrupt message as had not arrived on her timescale. We shown briefly round the apartment by the manager who obviously was very disinterested in our party. We made contact with her as we could not operate sofa bed to which 1/2 days later was prepared to come out when I recontacted her. That was the last contact with her until day before we left when I rang her and was told to leave keys on kitchen table and close door behind me which I was unhappy about as was leaving apartment uninspected and unsecured. As a regular private rental customer this was not common practise for me and made me feel uneasy. On return home the landlady preceded to email me with a list of false accusations which caused distress and offence. It was obvious from the correspondence that I received that this seemed to be common practice from the property landlady. I made this assumption based on the documentation and pictures I received were unclear and seemed to be adjusted with correction fluid.
In my opinion anyone looking for a good holiday should avoid this property especially with children particularly pool area. After dealing with poor management service on holiday and to come home and be bombarded with accusations and falsified documents was extremely stressful and totally uncall for. At the end of the day this resulted in us loosing money from deposit that we did not authorise and there was still a dispute raised and many questions left unanswered!!

This review with all its accusations and statement is extremely incorrect and wrong. If it was true, we would be getting such reviews from all our guests INSTEAD of the 5 star reviews we always get on this site AND the other sites we advertise on!
The true course of matters which we have written proof foris as follows: The manager waited for the guests in front of the apartment for 45 mins. as they arrived much later from the airport than they had informed her. She showed them around exactly as is her routine with all other guests too who come, including how the sofa is made into a bed –which is extremely easy. The guest called her 2 days after to say they could not open the sofa as they had forgotten how to. Before the manager reached the apt she got a message from the guest that they could open the sofa & she need not come. All these conversations are documented with time and date on the manager´s smart phone.
The guest then lost her handbag on the beach including a set of keys to the apartment.
The guest had decided to check out of the apt at 11:00 hrs. She called the manager at 09:00hrs to say they were leaving then instead and she should come immediately for their check out. As the manager was 20mins drive from the apt she hurried but the guest said they could not wait for her. The guest was told by the manager to leave the set of keys they had on the table, if in case they did leave before she could arrive. But when the manager arrived the guests had already left, leaving the keys in the keyhole inside the apt. and the manager could not open the door. A locksmith had to be called – it was a Saturday, and he managed to open the door. The manager paid him getting a receipt specifying the work he had done.
When the manager entered the apartment, it was in a mess with soaking wet towels & bedclothes lying in both the bathrooms, a Coca-Cola can in the microwave, both the white recliners in the lounge with their feet-rests totally soiled with tanning creams and tan oil, and a mess in the kitchen. The Bosch washing machine cum tumble-dryer – which is 1 year old, was left broken with water and clothes in it. After getting it repaired – it showed that the guest had washed clothes full of sand and grit and and with artificial crystals which had loosened – so the machine was totally blocked. It had to be cleaned and repaired 2 times. All this cost us a lot with the extra washing etc. which the guest DID NOT HAVE TO PAY!
The guest was asked to pay by the owner for the set of keys she had lost as a new set had to be made, the locksmith for opening the door, and the reparation of the washing machine all accompanied with very specific valid receipts.
The `correction fluid´ on the receipt the guest mentions was used by the locksmith who had written a larger amount for making of the keys and had corrected it to a smaller amount, as we got a rebate. When the guest protested he made a new receipt again with specifications, which was submitted with the other receipts to Holidaylettings/Tripadvisor.
As the guest had turned to Holidaylettings/Tripadvisor to protest, as she did not want to pay anything at all, Holidaylettings/Tripadvisor decided we should get paid for the set of keys the guest had lost and for the locksmith for opening the door. The guest got the rest of the damage deposit from them.
It is of course unfortunate that the guest lost her purse and with that cash and cards etc. with the keys and she meant that because of this we should not charge her at all. But the owner is not responsible if the guest looses her handbag. If the guests damage the apartment, loose keys, break things or likewise – they have to compensate. That is what the damage deposit is for.
It is graceful and mature to accept mistakes and amend them than to make false accusations and behave childishly!
ALL our guests up till now have had extreme respect for our apartment and we have been so very happy to have them and they are most welcome any time again and again! The guests have been very satisfied and happy with our services and with us too, which can be seen easily in all the wonderful authentic 5 star reviews they have given us.

I could not ask for any better! When we arrived at the airport, the host was there to pick us up. The apartment is very well located: it is just in front of the seashore and very close to Old Marbella. There is a supermarket just up the street. When you open the front windows, you can hear the sound of the waves and appreciate a cool breeze. The apartment has everything you need. It is very secure. The only thing that someone might want is a terrasse. However, I do not think it is appropriate for six people. There are two closed bedrooms with a double bed, but the fifth person must sleep on the sofa. I cannot see where you would put the sixth one.

Thank you very much for your lovely review! I would just like to point out one thing you presumably missed that the apartment DOES sleep six. The big white sofa in the lounge is a made to order bed-sofa. The middle part can be pulled out very easily and makes a bed measuring 180cm x 200cm - which is a king-sized bed and very comfortably sleeps two. The duvets, pillows etc are in the divan side of the sofa which one can open easily by lifting the seat.
You are most welcome to come back as a group of six! You will not be disappointed :-)

Fantastic location, apartment had everything you could want, home from home.
We had a wonderful time in the apartment and Marbella. Fantastic location and apartment, loads to do, or not if you don't want to. Would highly recommend it. The apartment had everything you could want and very quiet.
