Het appartement is erg schoon, comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht. Het ligt op een goede locatie om de stad te verkennen. Decwijken Triana Vegueta en Santa Catalina zijn te voet te verkennen. De communicatie met Karen (de gastvrouw) verloopt goed en snel. We hebben genoten van het appartement.

Apartamento muy agradable!
Estuvimos una semana y tuvimos una estancia estupenda. La zona está genial, cerca de un supermercado y también de la zona de ocio.
Karen es súper simpática y fue una gran anfitriona ☺️

Mejor imposible!
Apartamento situado en una zona con todo lo necesario al alcance en pocos minutos: ocio, restauración, transporte… Limpio y ordenado, consta con todo lo indispensable para tener una estancia de varios días. Situándose en un barrio muy agradable y bonito.
Karen es una persona agradable y que hace que la estancia sea lo más fácil y cómoda posible, preocupándose por ello en todo momento. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir en futuras visitas. Recomendable al 100%.

Top apartment in a prime location with balcony!
Perfect location! Centrally located. Everything in Las Palmas can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by car. Karen's care was just perfect! Helpful and always available. The apartment is very clean and everything is in top condition! The small balcony is perfect to start the day with breakfast. Kitchen has everything you need. Big shower.
Parking garage across the street. We paid €44 for 5 days. Suitable for any car size. We had VW T-Roc.

Lovely light apartment
We really enjoyed staying at Karen's place! The apartment was clean and communication with Karen very prompt and easy. The location is lovely with loads of cafes and shops around and in walking distance to Vegueta. Also the big bus station San Telmo is just around the corner, so travelling to other places on the island by public transport is really easy. Would stay here again.
