The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, and stylish. There are some things that guest should be aware of, such as energy saving features that shut off heat at night and when there is no movement in the main room... so be prepared for cold mornings when you wake up (in winter), but heating does warm up eventually. The smaller blue bathroom has a lot of annoyances that make it a little "uncomfortable" but is functional and you should not be spending much time in there anyway :-) The managers are super friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any issue. There's plenty of closet space and in my opinion would be great for even a long-term rental. Location is also great for anyone needing to go to IE University on a regular basis, as it is only 5min. walk to IE. There's also some restaurants, bars, a Starbucks, pharmacy, and grocery shopping very close by. Metro and bus also close.

Antes de llegar te ofrecen información muy útil, como servicio de transfer, parking, limpieza, kit cuna, servicio de compra......te hacen la estancia super cómoda y no echas de menos nada, es como sentirte cuidado en todo momento. Un placer tratar con Smart Apartments Madrid. Buen trabajo!

Hermoso departamento, con detalles cuidados y equipado con todo lo necesario para una confortable estadía, el entorno de barrio El Viso es inmejorable, cerca de todo y muy seguro...felicitar a Javier y Antonio por la recepción, la cordialidad y la excelente predisposición para solucionar pequeños inponderables...muy limpio, muy buena ropa de cama y de baño...seguramente volveré.

Stayed at the apartment before and after a week in Vallalolid. Clean spacious well equipped apartment. Antonio and Xavier were excellent and very helpful. In good location outside centre but close to metro stations. Unless you have a small car I would not use the car parking as it is very tight even for my husband who is a very capable driver, and if only staying in Madrid don't bother with a car at all. There is some street parking close which is free at certain times. Initially we couldn't find the apartment because the number is high on the door but you can park outside whilst you unload cases. It has a separate bedroom and bathroom which our teenage son claimed as his own. Plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen had everything you would need - oven, microwave, washer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all crockery and utensils. Good air conditioning.

Mayo 2016, Puerto Rico La propiedad es fabulosa de cinco estrellas, hermosa, acogedora y con todo lo que el huésped necesita. La misma se entregó muy limpia, decorada con buen gusto. Está ubicada céntricamente, cerca de los museos, atracciones, restaurantes, colmados, del bus, metro. La cocina es preciosa con todos los utensilios, los cuartos muy bonitos con aire acondicionado, en resumen, una propiedad perfecta, que recomiendo sin reserva alguna y de volver a Madrid seleccionaría sobre todas. Javier y Antonio son personas muy amables, serios, responsables y dispuestos ayudarle en lo que necesitan, estamos agradecidos por su hospitalidad. Gracias Asdrubal e Zenaida Domenech.

Con el dueño una relación comercial muy buena, en línea permanente y siempre dispuesto; se excedió en sus obligaciones para hacernos sentir sin problemas en nuestra estadía en Madrid. El departamento, bien ubicado en una zona de vivienda muy cerca del centro y de lugares de interés turístico y comercial; perfectamente conectado por metro el Bus de turismo pasa muy cerca. Para nosotros tres muy cómodo, todos los ambientes ventilados y un excelente aire acondicionado, muy necesario este verano. El equipamiento, nuevo y de muy buena calidad puesto para usar sin problemas; completo para todas las necesidades. No tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente y volveríamos sin dudar.

My wife, our two kids and I stayed in the apartment for 3 months. Antonio and Javier were excellent hosts; they have an extensive list of additional services they can provide you with, as well as being very helpful and friendly with regards to solving any "non-standard" requests you may have. The apartment is of high standard, nicely furnished, and it covered all our basic needs during the stay. One thing to note is that the apartment has no windows towards the street (towards backyards), making it very quiet, but also slightly dark. The location is great, with a large supermarket nearby and buses and underground within walking distance.

Myself and some friends just recently stayed in this beautiful apartment! We had a great stay and couldn't have asked for anything more. We were met by Javier who showed us around the apartment and explained how to use everything which was very helpful and we greatly appreciated this. The apartment was very clean and well decorated, we all didn't want to leave. Everything about our stay was great and we would love to come back again. The outside terrace was amazing, lot of plants and a great view. Perfect for some evening drinks. The shower in the master bedroom was luxury! The common bathroom upstairs had just been nearly renovated and was just as luxurious as the other. The cooking facilities were perfect and we were provided with detergent for washing our cloths and for the dishwasher. I hope this review has given a good picture of how great this apartment is.

Cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado, personas muy agradables. Perfecto para una familia o pareja que piensa pasar unos días agradables en Madrid.

Antonio and Javier were very helpful - a taxi was organised to pick us up from the airport and Javier met us at the apartment , showed us how everything worked and suggested where to eat , how to get to the metro etc, nothing was too much trouble ! The apartment was very clean and we would definitely recommend stating slightly out of Madrid if you wish to spend time enjoying the ambience of a typical residential Spanish area with the benefits of quick and easy travel into the centre of Madrid. The metro was fab and on 12euros for a 10 ticket travel pass . Would def book again if visiting Madrid .
