Our favourite place to stay in Sidmouth.
This was our second stay at Anstis court and Nancy has thought of everything.
The welcome basket full of local produce was delicious and very welcomed. My son loved his cookie and the loan of the bucket and spade.
The apartment is beautifully clean and very well equipped with everything you could think of. This makes Anstis court a very comfortable base for exploring all there is to see and do in Sidmouth and beyond, of which there is LOADS!
We will be back again (and again). Thank you Nancy.

A really superb place to stay in Devon
Anstis Court has all that you might need for an enjoyable stay. Nancy left a lovely welcome basket and beautiful roses. It is a bright and comfortable apartment and has all the equipment that you might need. Peaceful and quiet , local shops are nearby if needed. A great place for beach and countryside and for exploring Devon.

Immaculate accommodation
We have just stayed in this lovely apartment for a week whilst visiting our daughter and family in sidmouth. On arrival, we knew from the minute we walked through the door that we were going to have a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a basket full of goodies and the place was immaculate. The owner Nancy has thought of everything you could possibly need and we can’t praise her enough. Thank you again Nancy.

Light, bright, spotless flat with good cooking utensils and washing facilities.
Every thing we needed was here. it was a pleasure to stay in such a well maintained and modern flat. Shower good and powerful, had washing machine and dishwasher. An excellent base from which to explore East Devon. Parking space right outside the flat. Highly recommended.

Modern apartment, good location.
Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Good location for exploring the area. We did a lot of coastal walking and the information and maps were a great help.

The apartment surpassed our expectations.
We have been coming to Sidmouth for several years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Everything you could need has been thought of and provided to a high standard.
The welcome basket of local produce was delicious and VERY welcome after a long day. The Smarties biscuit and loan of the bucket and spade to our 6 year old son was a wonderful touch.
The location is very convenient, local shops on the doorstep, a short drive to Sidmouth and a great base for days out. We even had a daily visit from a squirrel that amused our son.
The information packs were brilliant, packed full of local attractions and places to visit. We visited our usual local attractions and even found new ones to visit.
We will be staying again and have already recommended Anstis Court to friends and family.
Thank you Nancy, for such a wonderful stay. I wish there were more properties like this.

Apartment was very comfortable and very well appointed, first class..
Having stayed in Sidmouth before we knew what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was very well thought out and the floral theme impressed. Attention to detail throughout was superb and my daughter especially liked her bedroom. Anyone could easily live in this apartment on a permanent basis and of course the location was very handy for Sidmouth but also quiet too.

Definitely a place to return to.
Sidmouth and the Devon coast and countryside are stunning.Nancy' s apartment is a delightful place to stay....it has everything and is beautifully presented and all that you might need is within easy reach. Breakfast in the garden was so enjoyable and peaceful. We hope to return in the future.

Lovely, very well appointed flat, conveniently located for walking or bus to town and beach and with it's own parking space. Wonderful welcome basket. Would definitely visit again and only wish there were more properties of this type and standard!
