We had a great stay at Ann and Rik’s villa. Nice location, easy access to all the beautiful beaches, yet away from crowds of visitors. It is close to a few restaurants, a bar and a supermarket. A large screened porch with great view of coral bay. Highly recommended!

I quickly felt right at home at Little Palm. The house had everything we needed and we all had a wonderful time. The location was ideal for visiting all the beaches, both south and north shore. We spent our days snorkeling sites around the island and in the evening we would either drive into town for dinner or enjoy dining on the screened-in porch.

Little Palm was so perfect! The highlights were the open floor plan out to the porch, two comfortable bedrooms both accessed from inside the house, beautiful shower, and a nicely equipped kitchen...oh, and a wide driveway with very little incline. The wrap around porch on the main floor was heaven. Because it was screened in, we could be out there all afternoon or evening without being eaten alive by no-see'ums or mosquitos. The breeze out there was so nice - a perfect end to each day - gazing out over Coral Bay. The hosts were incredibly accessible and responsive. We could not have asked for better. One heads up - we had T-Mobile and the cell service was spotty - but we learned quickly that for that provider, this is the case all over the island. Let you people know they may not be able to reach you! We look forward to returning! Thank you Rik and Ann!!

Everything about this home suited us well: the enormous screened-in porch with consistent breezes coming in off Coral harbor, the many amenities provided by hosts Rik and Ann, and the spaciousness of the home.

Thank you Ann and Rik for the use of your lovely home. Everything was impeccable. Waking every morning or returning every day, any time of day, to the cooling ocean breezes blowing gently through the house was amazing. We slept most nights without the A/C. What a treat. Close to several great beaches, hikes and ruins, it’s an ideal location if you wish to be out of the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay

Little Palm was a great place to escape and relax. We loved the screened in porch. It was great for meals and just being together and playing games. Rik and Ann were great hosts and when we ran out of laundry detergent, they quickly supplied us with more. We are yearly visitors to St. John and we always stay on the Coral Bay side because of the laid back vibes that we get on the quieter side of St John. My group (two mid 30s couples) loved Little Palm. The location was perfect to get to the beaches and down into Coral Bay. The view was absolutely amazing, the photos do not do it justice! The kitchen was well stocked, and we easily cooked many breakfasts and I dinners. Beach gear (chairs, coolers, umbrellas) and snorkels were provided. The driveway/road to the house were easy to navigate. Rick and Ann were always very responsive and helpful when I asked for recommendations and travel tips. I would love to stay at Little Palm again!

My husband, 10 year old daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Rik & Ann's house. My family has been coming to St John for over 30 years so we know the island well; we always stayed at Maho Bay Campground (before it closed a few years ago). We felt that this house would appeal to folks who once enjoyed Maho Bay. It has the same pleasant. relaxed, & unpretentious vibe. We also loved how convenient the house was to Coral Bay; it took mere moments to go into town for groceries or to eat at a restaurant. Ann & Rik were helpful and quick to respond to every question we had. We also felt their house was excellent value for money. We highly recommend!

My husband Dave and I had a fantastic stay with Rik and Ann. They made our stay welcoming and most relaxing!!! The location was amazing with direct views of coral bay ! As this was our first visit to St. John we were in for a surprise as the roads were very tricky but rik and Ann’s house had very easy access and parking Everything you could need for a vacation to St. John’s was at the house. Snorkels masks and floats and fins. Full kitchen-2 full showers /bathrooms with plenty of towels for bathing and beach Don’t over pack as they have washer dryer. We can’t say enough great things !!! Thank you RIK AND ANN!!!

We loved staying at this unique property. The open air design was a real treat and the porch is amazing. The house receives a great breeze at all times so it never feels hot inside. The orchid shower is wonderful because you feel like it is an outdoor shower but don't have to worry about bugs like you might if you were outdoors. Our kids stayed in the king bed on the main floor. They loved that there room had ac. My husband and I loved sleeping in the spacious downstairs room. It too is somewhat open air design and we enjoyed falling asleep and waking up to the nature sounds that surround the house. The road getting to the house was recently paved and the driveway is spacious and easy to navigate. The beach chairs and snorkel gear were a nice bonus. All 4 of us were able to find fins and masks that fit us. We loved staying at the Little Palm!
