Walking through the gate onto the large patio with the most amazing view of Coral Bay was magic. Perfect spot for couples with everything you need. 👍

My husband and I stayed at this property and it was complete Heaven! The views are amazing, and the villa was very clean. It had all the amenities that we needed. Joy took us out to Lime Out (the floating taco bar) and to snorkel in Coral Bay and it was a blast! Thank you to Lois and Joy for everything. We highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here on our Honeymoon and the photos cannot do this amazing property justice!! Would rent again any day, perfect for a island getaway.

I spent a week at this beautiful cottage by myself and it was heaven. It was hard to tear myself away from the sunrises in the morning to head to the beach. I loved that the sun sets behind the cottage so you don’t get hit with afternoon heat. Lois & Joy were pleasures to meet and communicate with and made sure my stay was comfortable & fun. I’ve already booked for next year and look forward to it knowing what a peaceful time I will have.

The pictures just can’t do the view justice. It’s incredible. The outdoor space with the huge deck and pool makes you never want to leave. The unit itself was well appointed with a very nice welcome surprise and fresh flowers. Great communication from Lois and Joy made everything easy. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back. This is a beautiful, well-maintained property with a gorgeous view that was perfect for a quiet and isolated vacation during a pandemic. It is quite a steep drive up the hill so although we made do with a RAV4, I would suggest a jeep might be better for maneuvering. Property manager was super responsive - snorkeling and boat trip with Joy were great add-ons. Lovely place, highly recommend it.

Great property for two people looking to stay in the Coral Bay area. Nicely appointed with what you need, great communication with the property owner and manager, and if she’s available for “room service”, definitely order from Chef Julie!

This is a great spot if you would like a quiet vacation. Coral Bay has a few restaurants and markets for your needs but not the crowds and noise.

We couldn't have been happier with the villa, the view, and the support and care that Loius (owner) and Joy (property manager) provided us throughout our trip. We spent a significant amount of time talking about how perfectly designed the overall space was set up for a couple to have privacy, indoor/outdoor space, and a well-equipped kitchen to relax and use as a home base to explore the beauty of St. John. We are already looking for dates to come back again. Thanks for everything!
