We love the location and amazing view of bay, boats, palms through the windows. Place has a nautical vibe…like being on a ship. The quirky floor plan we actually like. We would stay again in a heartbeat because it is accurately priced for what you get, conveniently located with pool.

The property was in really good shape - Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for preparing food, etc. The only draw back from this property for me (that is not the fault of the property) is the constant sound of the nearby market's HVAC/Refrigeration working overtime. We never got to enjoy the quiet while at the house which wasn't much time mind you. It wouldn't keep me from renting here again but it's worth noting. The upside of the market is that it's within walking distance which is great. The nearby restaurants were a lot of fun and definitely look up nearby Calabash Market for fresh fish.

My husband and I loved staying at Estate Carolina in Coral Bay, St. John, USVI April 2022. This was our 4th time renting the villa. Need I say more? The location is quiet , peaceful and has everything we need. Hoping to return soon.

My adult son and I enjoyed our stay in this well designed little cottage - ample screened porch with double doors to main room made for great flow in the living space plus a gorgeous view. Slight negatives were challenging driveway and low ceiling in sleeping loft. Plunge pool at end of day and convenient location of grill were offsetting pluses!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Waking every morning to the beautiful sunrise and watching the birds in the colorfully landscaped yard was a true joy. It was great to be able to park the jeep after a day of exploiting the island and walk to bars and restaurants. The grocery was also right at the bottom of the street as well as cute shops. The house is perfect for a couple or two or a small family. We can’t wait to stay there again.

This is a beautiful property located up a short hill from Coral Bay. There is a lovely view of the harbor from the porch and deck and bedroom. You should definitely have the property managers meet you and guide you to the location rather than trying to use GPS because we had a bit of trouble finding it. They offered and we mistakenly declined since we were going to make some stops along the way. The home is immaculate and well furnished. THere are steps up to the deck with a private clean, well maintained pool. THe landscaping around the small yard area is lovely. You then climb a few more steps up to the screened in porch which is large and comfortable and contains a gas grill. From the porch you enter a spacious living area with a full kitchen and small dining area. There are comfortable couches and a large TV which connects to netflix if you wish. There is also a loft with a bed and a full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need for cooking including spices and oils. From the main living area you go back down the steps outside (well lit with automatic lighting) and enter the master bedroom which is spacious with a king sized bed. There is an airconditioner in the bedroom. THe bathroom in the bedroom location is a bit smaller with a smaller shower but it works fine. The home is just up the road from the Dolphin Market and from restaurants and shopping and is actually walking distance. We loved sitting on our porch in the morning and late afternoon and evening. We did cook one dinner in and all of our breakfasts and lunch. They supply a cooler and ice packs and beach chairs which were very helpful. We snorkeled at Salt Pond, Lamshur (4 wheel drive required), Hansen beach, and Francis bay. THey were all fabulous as usual. We took a Kayak, snorkel trip with Arawak expeditions to Hurricane hole which was great. For dining, we had a great meal at Rhumb Lines (reservation preferred) and we had fun at Skinny Legs sitting at the bar and eating burgers and salad. For local flavor we recommend Ekaete Pink Corner. Because of Covid and staffing, definitely check before going to restaurants because their postings are not always up to date. We look forward to returning to this lovely home perhaps next year!!! THis was one of our favorite locations.

My partner and I had a wonderful three nights at the house and only wish we could have stayed longer. The value compared to other private homes or even hotels on the island was unbeatable. The property manager was very responsive and even let us check out late since we had an evening flight back on St Thomas. We ended up grilling every night to enjoy the pool, view, and screen porch but the town was very walkable. Just a two minute walk down the hill was a grocery store and bars and restaurants. It was about a 30 min drive from the ferry (Cruz Bay) and about 20-25 minute drive to the Northside beaches. As others have mentioned, the bedroom is a separate room "downstairs" but the house and porch felt so private that it didn't matter. Plus it was nice waking up and walking out onto the porch and sun to grab a cup of coffee upstairs. We did not have a 4WD car and made it just fine up the driveway, although it was hot and sunny our whole stay so I can't say what would have happened if it rained. Other tips: no shampoo or conditioner so bring your own, but lots of little bar soaps. And you should drink bottled water, as I believe the house uses rain water for it's taps. Would stay here again!

Stone Harbor was just what we needed. We enjoyed amazing sunrises, and the peacefulness of Coral Bay. We cooked every night and we’re thrilled with the location of the house just above the market. We hope to stay again.

Really nice property. Great location in Coral Bay very close to the local supermarket and restaurants. The view is breathtaking! You can hear a generator from the house but we did not mind too much. The screened porch is a great plus and has a big bbq. Pool is in private location.

we absolutely LOVED this property! It is unique and the view is spectacular! A wonderful driver met is at the car rental and we followed him to the property. He gave us the best recommendations of where to go and things to do on the island. Great text communication with property manager during the week. Cant recommend this place enough. We plan on returning for sure!
