This was one fantastic experience, the house, the island, the food, the experience overall was top notch! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, exactly what we needed after the last couple years of COVID!! The house was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and the evening shade on the pool was perfect! After a long day in the sun this was exactly the shady spot we needed. The rental team was great also, drove us to the house, answered any questions during the stay promptly, etc... The drive in is steeper than normal but once you get accustomed it's really no big deal. Would recommend a Jeep or 4WD. Couldn't ask for a better experience!!!

The house is fantastic. Beautiful views, lots of space, wonderful pool. Loved the outdoor showers. Lots of closet space. Good size bedrooms. I'd rent here again.

We spent the last week at Waterlemon Villa, and after getting used to the driveway, we were blown away! The home was more than we could have asked for, super clean, bright and all the best amentities. The Beach chairs were perfect, and the margarita set was very useful! The view from every part of the property was heavenly! The outdoor showers were divine. Our girls rated the home a ten out of ten! Even made a few animal friends, like Camo the lizard. We had a small issue at the house (to be expected) but the property management team responded within minutes! (No exaggeration)! Also, do not underestimate the birds wanting to come into the house, but they mean we’ll (haha). Thank you so much! We will definitely be back to St. John and hopefully, visiting this villa again!

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have an amazing vacation. The place has everything and anything you need to make your stay perfect. Plus the wonderful views from the deck are indescribable! We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you

Villa is as advertised, clean, well equipped and stunning sunrises in the morning. We will rent again.

Our family of five had the best week at waterlemon villa. There was plenty of space to spread out. The property was super clean and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. We loved the pool. The views were absolutely amazing. The roads to the property take some courage, but that’s true for a lot of St. John. The kitchen was well-appointed, the beds were comfy. Really, I can’t come up with anything negative about our stay. We hope to return as soon as we can.

Waterlemon Villa was great. My family and I were very impressed with how beautiful and spacious the place is and how magnificent the views are. The furnishings and amenities are incredible as well. We will absolutely consider staying at Waterlemon Villa again if a second visit to St. John is in our future. I would suggest being forthcoming about the access/driveway to the property. It was not a problem for me, but a less skilled driver, like my wife and daughter, may be troubled by the steepness and lack of a place to turn around.

Our week at Waterlemon Villa was wonderful! I dare say I think this is the best equipped kitchen on the island for those of us that like to cook and hang with our loved ones in the evenings. The screened in porch is a huge plus and we practically lived out there when we were not at the beach. James Miller and his people do a wonderful job with customer service, responding to small issues when they crop up, and often go above and beyond expectations. I look forward to more time at this lovely property in the years to come!

The views are amazing! The home was very nice and clean. It had every thing we needed.
