Villa Carolina is an excellent location off the beaten path in St John. The scenery is spectacular (we saw something different every time we looked). The house itself is airy and comfortable and an excellent place to return home to when exhausted from the sun, sea, and hills. Away from the maddening crowd, but we found it was close enough to key amenities once we got the lay of the land. We would definitely stay here again (and again).

The house, breeze and view are just unbelievable. We came here for our 25th anniversary with another couple and we were all blown away by the beauty of the place. My family has been to St. John 6 other times through the years and we’ve stayed at other very nice homes, but this one is our favorite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Carolina and look forward to returning again!! The house is spectacular, even more amazing than shown in the photos, the photos just do not do it justice. It had everything we needed and more. The landscaping is beautiful. The pool is fabulous, we spent a lot of time relaxing there when not at the beaches. I highly recommend anyone even remotely thinking about booking here to do so without hesitation. You will not be disappointed. My family and I are so glad we did and are definitely planning trips back in the future.

The villa was amazing! What a wonderful view to wake up to every morning. The manager made sure we got in and had everything we needed. I highly recommend the villa to families.

My wife and I stayed at Villa Carolina with another couple. We were all celebrating anniversaries. This villa is perfect for 2 or 3 couples. It is stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Plenty of privacy with an amazing pool deck. We shopped at Dolphin market down in Coral Bay next to Aqua Bistro, and grilled dinner on the generously sized BBQ a few nights to save on dinners. We dined on the pool deck overlooking Coral Bay, sitting in the cool breezes that you get in the evening,. Everything was amazing. The property managers were readily available for questions or issues. Communication was great. We would love to stay here next time! Thanks guys!

I can not say enough good things about this property, it was the perfect spot to stay on St John. The home is beautiful, very clean and very well designed. The pool deck is amazing both during the day and at night - perfect view of coral bay. The landscaping on the property is also very well maintained which makes the experience even better. Tons of great perks - fancy pool light at night, floaties for pool and beach, snorkel gear to use, beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. Sean was a great host, communicated well and had all the important info laid out for you to optimize the fun for your stay. A little more pricey then other condos but worth every penny!!!
