The pictures online do not do justice to this gorgeous property! Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated! Had that familiar, intoxicating smell of a luxury island resort hotel. We loved our stay at Woodbine Villa. Emily was wonderful to work with, so helpful and kind with any questions we had. Our family loved relaxing in the pool at the end of a beach day and it was nice to pack super light and be able to do laundry. We enjoyed cooking a few nights and the kitchen had everything you could ever need. We laughed every drive up and down the hill. St. John blew our minds and we fell quickly in love with the island, the people and this home. Would recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect. We loved being away from the busyness of Cruz Bay and being centrally located to all the best beaches. If we are able to return to ST John, this will be our place. And using Landlubber Logistics to stock the food and drinks before our arrival was money well spent-priceless the time that saved us. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate! Woodbine is the place ❤️

What an amazing vila! Everything was top notch, villa, patio, pool and location. Even better than on pictures, just breath taking from the moment we arrived. Emily was super nice and helpful. We hope to come back soon!

I've been to St John several times and this was the best in all respects. It was actually more like house-sitting than a rental. Everything you could need is there, including coolers & ice packs, beach chairs & umbrella/canopy, sunscreen, speaker, laundry detergent, spices, chip clips, grapefruit spoons - any random thing we wanted was there. The central location was perfect - it overlooks both Coral Bay and Francis Bay and is a 5 minute (gorgeous) drive down to Maho Bay. There was easy access to both Cruz Bay / north shore beaches and Coral Bay / south shore beaches. It's a private mountain-top retreat and you can see by the pictures how nice and relaxing it is after a long day of island adventures. The communication was concierge level - simply above and beyond. She provided timely and valuable information for every stage of the trip from planning & booking to travel requirements to ferry schedules, Jeep & snorkel gear rental. Every question was answered completely and helpful recommendations were offered. The video of the drive from Columbo's to the house was very helpful. We were so pleasantly surprised by the check-out process and that helped to ease the pain of our trip ending. Book this place...you won't regret it.

The villa and views are incredible!! Clean, luxurious, and modern, the house had everything we needed and more! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, brand new kitchen amenities, and amazing outdoor patio area made this property perfect for families or friend groups. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return!

Our family of five had a wonderful time at the villa. The views are incredible from both the front and back. We liked the proximity to beaches and Coral Bay. This location is incredibly relaxing.

This was a stunningly beautiful villa, exactly as described in all the rave reviews. Even more beautiful than depicted in the photos. The manager was phenomenal - she went out of her way to help us, both with settling into the villa and with timely and insightful advice on trip logistics. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

The Woodbine Villa was spectacular! We had the best time and got very comfortable with the drive up Mamey Peak Road! Make sure you have 4 wheel drive! Emily's video was very helpful. Thank you Emily for being so responsive to my questions prior to our stay and when we arrived! Anthony went the extra mile to bring some fresh lightbulbs our first night! The house is so well-appointed and clean with comfortable seating areas and beds and plenty of beach towels and amenities. The pool was refreshing and cool, and we loved taking dips at the start and/or end of each day. STJ is a gem and we loved exploring different beach spots and restaurants each day, but the house and the views from Woodbine made all the difference!
