The house was so well stocked so it was like visiting a relative! The house has wonderful views. The road is very bumpy in a couple of places. Emily provided a video showing what the drive up to house looked like so we knew what to expect. She also answered our questions and texts immediately.
WV has very high end appliances and kitchen is well stocked!
We brought cushions inside from deck after first night as heavy dew or showers made it uncomfortable to enjoy morning coffee out there.
Beds very comfortable.
Donkeys in the neighborhood amusing!
Pool lovely.
Location on coral bay is so close to beaches!
Would highly recommend.

Our stay at the Woodbine villa on St. John was wonderful! Communication with the property owner was direct and seamless. The house is very functional and beautiful. Lots of cross ventilation from multiple screens meant we rarely needed air conditioning, but it is available in the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one could need on a tropical vacation getaway. We really appreciated the available beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and ice packs, and snorkel flippers. Internet was quick and WiFi access easy. Would absolutely stay again in the future when back on the island!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Woodbine Villa! The house is conveniently located between Cruz Bay and Coral Bay and close to several beaches. We rented a jeep so the drive up to the house was not a problem at all. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and the views were incredible. Emily did an excellent job of communicating with us! I would definitely recommend staying at this home!

Woodbine was the perfect villa for our family of 4...
Woodbine was the perfect villa for our family of 4 (2 kids, 6&4). We loved being all on one level and the constant cool breeze at Woodbine. Drive to the beaches was easy as was to Coral bay. Cruz a bit further but still easy. Emily was a great communicator and everything was smooth. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again!

As many have mentioned, the property looks better ...
As many have mentioned, the property looks better in person. A little hiccup to start as both showers had no heat. That was fixed the very next day and all was well. Emily was available from start to finish. The drive is harrowing as there is no paved road leading to the villa, so one's insides are bouncing around for about a 1/4 of a mile.
I'd still come back next year. Really great week.

All communications with the property manager were prompt and helpful. The property is even nicer than the pictures in the listing. The views of Coral Bay and North Shore beaches were amazing.!
The house had everything we needed. It was so helpful to have many of the basics in the house such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, lotion, sunscreen.

Amazing! Check-in was easy. Emily answered our questions very quickly and was so kind. The photos don’t do the view justice. We woke up to see the stunning sunrise every morning! Kitchen was well equipped…perhaps could use a new coffee maker if I were to make a small critique. Exterior of the house was charming with nicely done landscaping. Interior clean and comfy beds. Pool was lovely for our two young girls. Cross breezes with the screen doors were amazing. Easy ride to all the North Shore beaches. Note the final road to the rental is insanely bumpy (and we are from the mountains) but it’s a short couple minutes. Definitely hit Johnny Lime in Coral Bay. Loved it here. Will be back.

Absolutely amazing!
The pictures online do not do justice to this gorgeous property! Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated! Had that familiar, intoxicating smell of a luxury island resort hotel. We loved our stay at Woodbine Villa. Emily was wonderful to work with, so helpful and kind with any questions we had. Our family loved relaxing in the pool at the end of a beach day and it was nice to pack super light and be able to do laundry. We enjoyed cooking a few nights and the kitchen had everything you could ever need. We laughed every drive up and down the hill. St. John blew our minds and we fell quickly in love with the island, the people and this home. Would recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect. We loved being away from the busyness of Cruz Bay and being centrally located to all the best beaches. If we are able to return to ST John, this will be our place. And using Landlubber Logistics to stock the food and drinks before our arrival was money well spent-priceless the time that saved us. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate! Woodbine is the place ❤️

Amazing villa! 5 stars!
What an amazing vila! Everything was top notch, villa, patio, pool and location. Even better than on pictures, just breath taking from the moment we arrived. Emily was super nice and helpful. We hope to come back soon!

From the location to the amenities to the communication this was the best vacation rental ever!!
I've been to St John several times and this was the best in all respects. It was actually more like house-sitting than a rental. Everything you could need is there, including coolers & ice packs, beach chairs & umbrella/canopy, sunscreen, speaker, laundry detergent, spices, chip clips, grapefruit spoons - any random thing we wanted was there.
The central location was perfect - it overlooks both Coral Bay and Francis Bay and is a 5 minute (gorgeous) drive down to Maho Bay. There was easy access to both Cruz Bay / north shore beaches and Coral Bay / south shore beaches. It's a private mountain-top retreat and you can see by the pictures how nice and relaxing it is after a long day of island adventures.
The communication was concierge level - simply above and beyond. She provided timely and valuable information for every stage of the trip from planning & booking to travel requirements to ferry schedules, Jeep & snorkel gear rental. Every question was answered completely and helpful recommendations were offered. The video of the drive from Columbo's to the house was very helpful.
We were so pleasantly surprised by the check-out process and that helped to ease the pain of our trip ending. Book this place...you won't regret it.
