This house did not disappoint. This spacious rental is beautiful and in a great location in St John. We would love to come stay here again on our next visit!

Had a great time at the Coral Sky Villa. We have stayed in Coral Bay many times and this time was possibly the best ever. The view from above Coral Bay is spectacular and the Villa itself is amazing. Great kitchen and grill and many dining spaces outdoors as well. We enjoyed having all the bedrooms indoors and accessible from the inside of the house which is uncommon in St. John. Overall a great Villa and had everything we could need or want during our vacation! Highly recommend.

Truly superb home overlooking Coral Bay on the quiet side of the St John island. Great location for easy jaunts to the incredible beaches on the North side of the island, or to a handful of hikes and excursions on the South side. On-site property management (JP) was fantastic. Bedrooms were fantastic and comfortable - the outdoor showers were awesome! The living room was good, but felt a bit cramped with limited seating for a family of 5. The common living areas were *very* warm during the day and took the majority of the evening to cool down with the sliding doors open. There is no AC in the living areas, but great AC units in the bedrooms. We had an issue with one if the AC units during our stay and JP addressed it within an hour. The included beach gear was very helpful/handy! Overall a great place with amazing views and fantastic outdoor spaces (deck and pool) to enjoy meals and coffee.

Booking went smoothly, photos and the descriptions of the property were accurate, Beds and linens were comfortable. Views breathtaking, beach chairs, beach tent and towels were a blessing, the TV’s all worked and were well used for the NCAA Great Eight and Final Four. Some of the glasses, beach towels, cooking pans were showing wear. The salt water pool was great to have and it was well used by our grandsons. We certainly enjoyed our stay and felt blessed to stay at Coral Sky.

Beautiful home very spacious nice high ceilings.Outstanding views of coral Bay. Lots and lots of outdoor space with plenty of tables and lounge chairs. Highly recommend this for your vacation stay.

We had an amazing time with some of the greatest views. House was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, coolers and kitchen supplies. We had a great trip!

After moving our 2021 visit to 2022 due to COVID four generations of the family celebrated. It was the perfect size and configuration for us. We had been to St John many times in the past and we loved being in the Coral Bay Area. The house seemed remote, but was really off the main road so we could get anywhere. It was really quick to head to Coral Bay for groceries, and dinner. Or of course a visit to Skinny Legs for burgers and tee shirts. We enjoyed being so close to Maho Bay beach. It was amazing to wake up to the beautiful views and cool breezes. The beds and amenities were wonderful. Lots of cooks in the family and the kitchen is amazing and perfect for a group. Thank you so much for the comfortable beach chairs and big beach towels. Us beach lovers really care about them!! Would return. One week was not enough! Thank you so much for the relaxation and joy your property brought to our family after a stressful time of being away from each other!!

My wife and I decided to come back to St John to spend a week with our 3 children (16,13 and 9) to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We honeymooned in St John in 2002 and loved it. Coral Sky Villa was amazing. As most reviews stated, the pictures don't do it justice. The house is super private and has an amazing view. The drive up the "mountain" seemed daunting the first trip but we did it a couple times a day with no issues. House is huge, very clean and well stocked. We ran into "town" and grabbed groceries at Dolphin and Love City markets. Love City Cafe has great coffee, breakfast sandwiches and bakery items. You can get from house to there and back in under 15 minutes. Plenty of amazing beaches on this end of the island. Definitely recommend the East End (Hansen Beach and Haulover) as well as Salt Pond and Lameshur on the other side of the bay. Highly recommend Coral Sky Villa!
