First, but not the last time to visit St John! Our stay at Seawing was wonderful. Clean, well stocked, and beautiful view of Coral Bay through all of the windows the property has. Dena, the property manager, was pleasant and extremely helpful. Our arrival was delayed a day due to airline issues but Dena made sure we didn’t miss a day of our vacation. Even with a late arrival she gave us a tour of the property and made sure we were settled in after our long flight. My only complaint is the neighboring area driving to the property. It’s not the most pleasant to look at or smell. You can still see some damage from hurricane Irma and the drive to the location takes you past the local dump. Don’t let this deter you from experiencing this amazing property. It’s a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the breath taking beaches, local bars, and wildlife of St John. We are definitely placing St John on our list of must visit locations.

House has great views, is very private and is located close to Coral Bay. Home was also fully stocked so we could cook our own meals if we wanted. Calabash market nearby sells fresh fish if you like to cook your own. Hot tub was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 3rd visit to St. John in the last 4 years, and definitely our best accommodations! The property is everything you can imagine, and more! The owners have thought of everything from the layout to the furnishings, to the linens and accessories; there is no detail that has been overlooked. The on-island contact (Dena) was wonderful! Very accessible and helpful. The entire 2-week experience was just exccellent!

This was our 8th trip to beautiful St. John. We’ve stayed at several houses on coral bay and this one was “just right.” The views were great, we loved the sunrise in the morning. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the outdoor shower and the hot tub was a great treat at night. The landscaping is lovely. We liked the privacy this house offered, being at end of a dead end road. One of our favorite things about the house was the close proximity to “town.” We could be to skinnys in about 5-6 minutes. Both the owners and caretaker were quick to respond to any questions. Overall a really nice stay. We’ll be back!

Seawing is simply amazing! Even better than expected! The Property Manager, Dena was great, she was very knowledgeable, giving us ideas of places to go as well as the owners. There is so much to do on the island, everything is a short drive away. We had a blast and we will be back!

Seawing is in a great location! The view is spectacular and the accommodations were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen/grill and beach gear. Would definitely stay again!

After renting a different cottage each year for a long time, Seaview is the best. Gorgeous views from the front and a beautiful garden in the back with complete privacy makes this my favorite. The location and accessibility are great. I will definitely come back.

Second time staying at this beautiful villa. Excellent location, sunrises and exciting drive up the hill (but very manageable). Can't wait to go back.

From the first time we pulled up the driveway, we knew we were in for something special. Seawing is beautiful. The views from anywhere in the villa are spectacular. Both decks and the bed offer the best sunrise and moonrise you can experience. The tropical back patio with the hot tub, hummingbirds and grill was a great place to absorb the island. We ended up spending a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying Seawing along with exploring St. John. We will have this experience in our mind forever. This was our 25th stay on St. John, first at Seawing.
