So easy!

We could not have been more impressed with the rental and the service provided. We were met at the dock to travel to the house. We were provided recommendations and questions were answered quickly. We were given a welcome treat basket which was so thoughtful! The house was perfect! Truly peaceful and accommodating for all needs and ages. We loved the covered porch and sat for hours. Well stocked closest for beach needs and easy access to the beaches. We have already shared the location with many families!

We had an amazing stay at Bay Rum Breeze! It was conveniently situated within easy distance of so many of our favorite spots - Hansen, Lameshur, Maho and Coral Bay. The views from the villa are spectacular (photos don’t do them justice). The outside space was especially nice - the covered patio, the pool & pool deck, the hot tub deck and of course the roof deck! It was very nice to have A/C in all the bedrooms though it was rarely needed - the breeze was really blowing during our stay! JP was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially considering our travels to the island were delayed and he had to wait for us well into the evening of our arrival. We really appreciated him letting us put groceries in his vehicle after meeting us at the grocery store for our post-ferry provisioning on the way to the villa. Would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing. Located on the top of the island, you can see down to Coral Bay from the pool/patio area and then if you walk to the front you see off to the north and the British VI. The pool is so pretty and the hot tub was very nice. Outdoor grill was great. Kitchen had everything and the washer/dryer helped a lot with all the swimming and beachgoing we did. They had backpack beach chairs and some coolers to use and even a set or two of snorkeling equipment. Beds were nice, air conditioning worked great.

Such an amazing villa. Both from the pool area...but also the view from the driveway facing North is amazing. We ate in every night so we could take advantage of the views. The villa is well appointed. Everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable. The villa is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels. Very convenient. 4 wheel drive is a MUST. The road leading up to the villa is in very bad repair and steep in some spots. The outdoor living space is such a bonus. We were surprised on how cool it could get up there at night, we stayed in February. Make sure to pack a long sleeve shirt. The pool was gorgeous, but alas, with it being so cool no one wanted get in. A disappointment was the hot tub was broken and they had to replace the whole thing. This was a bummer, but it didn't stop us from having an amazing trip. Over all the place was amazing. I would dare to say...the best place on the island. We cant wait to come back! So sad to have to leave!

We stayed at Bay Rum Breeze with our family over Christmas and it did not disappoint! The sunrises were gorgeous and the house was perfectly suited for our group of 7 to hang out, enjoy the pool/hot-tub and use as a home base for the week. The house is centrally located with easy driving to all the best beaches! Moving seven people on the island isn't always easy, and we prepared many meals in the spacious kitchen and were comfortable at the large table. Beth, the property manager we worked with was extremely responsive when we had a few questions! I HIGHLY recommend staying here - you won't regret it.

Enjoyed being on the East side of St. John. The views were beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bed were comfortable as well. Would stay here again for sure!

We will plan to come back over and over.

My husband and I booked the Bay Rum Breeze for our 25th anniversary trip. This was our 5th trip to St John and once again it was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay at Bay Rum Breeze. They had everything we needed. JP was easy to work with.
