Everything was fine - but
A dishcloth was missing, unable to wipe down the tables.
The parking spaces are too small, when three cars are parked in a row, then it is very difficult to open the car door.
The roller door needs a spot of oil.

Lovely, perfect apartment
I looked at many places in Adelaide because I'm in town for two months for work. This is by far the nicest place anywhere close to this price range. The space is perfect for one or two people, super bright and modern and clean. I love the light, the balcony (which overlooks a side street so it is very quiet), the neighborhood, really everything about it. A free bus runs into town from a stop a couple of minutes away, but I have also enjoyed walking through the park to get downtown or to the University of Adelaide where I'm working. Also, the owners are very nice and helpful, plus very patient and friendly, even when I stupidly locked myself out! Everything here works great--from the super fast wireless to the flat screen tv to the washer, dishwasher, etc. I should add that the apartment is actually more spacious than it looks in the pictures, but other than that, the pictures are very accurate. Beautiful place and super responsive hosts.
