My husband and I spent 3 nights at Hidden Treasures Bay Blue Cottage and we highly recommend! Our cottage was spacious, clean, and modern with the absolute right touch of island flare that will help you absorb all of what Caye Caulker has to offer. Francis was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly respectful of the environment. In addition, he gave us plenty of amazing recommendations for dinning, shopping, and adventure.

I just spent 9 nights at this wonderful cottage in Caye Caulker. Francis and Kesha are incredible hosts and the meticulously clean cabin is in the perfect location to have peace and quiet, yet just a short bike ride (bikes included with cabin rental, stroll or $5 golf cart taxi ride from the bars, cafes and swimming nearer the Split. Francis will help arrange anything you need to have a great trip - from tours to currency exchange. I loved watching sunsets and sun rises from the rooftop of their home, pedaling down the street to have fry jacks and fresh watermelon juice for breakfast each morning and cool, quiet nights of restful sleep. The property is so well maintained and secure that I rarely even closed the front door of the cabin when I went out exploring. Book now! You won't regret it!

I stayed two nights, initially I had booked for the overnight but ended staying another night. I love that the property is located away from the general busyness of the other side of the island. The property is clean and well cared for, the suite was immaculate and with all amenities you can expect and more. I’m an avid birder and the first evening I was there Francis, the owner told me about the mangrove island where the birds come in to roost. There were Snowy Egrets, Great Egrets, Tri-colored Herons, Little Blue Herons, Yellow-crowned and Black-crowned Night Herons, White Ibises, lots of Grackles and many other species of birds without leaving the property. I was picked up at the water taxi and had the use of a bicycle during my stay. All in all in was a wonderful two nights and I definitely recommend.

I stayed at the Bayblue Cottage in Caye Caulker twice in one week. The first stay was for 4 days and then I came back and stayed over night again in one week. Francis picked me up on arrival to Caye Caulker. The cottage wifi and AC worked perfectly. Anytime I needed anything Francis responded quickly and professionally. It was my first time to Belize, so it felt great to know that my stuff was safe and I had the same types of accommodations that I am used to at home. I stayed at Bayblue Cottage twice in one week, so I think that shows that I give my highest recommendation to stay here. I had access to bikes that allowed me to easily get anywhere on the Island. I highly recommend this place to stay, you won't regret it!

It's a beautiful place place home away from home hot water was instantaneous and nice lovely veiw from the pair and upstairs definitely the place you want to stay in Caye caulker. The owner is super friendly and overall a great person

Stop now! This is the place you want to stay. New flooring, new furniture, raindrop shower, ocean view, clean and upkept property, balcony, hammock, private pier, oceanfront, bikes, free shuttle and all newer pots, pans and silverware. Francis is a gentleman, his personal care and attention to detail are far greater than the average renter on the island. The home is peacefully tucked away on the west side of the island where there are gorgeous sunsets and there is no seagrass build up! Don’t think twice, book this place!

I chose Bay Blue Cottage because of the rave reviews of the host and property. It turned out to be all that and more. Francis, the owner is a warm and wonderful host. He made us feel at home the minute we got here and gave us so many ideas of where to go and what to do on his amazing island. The cottage has an incredible view and is so clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. It is located on the quieter side of the island but a five minute bike ride to all the action. Francis even included bikes with the stay which we happily used daily. We stayed 6 nights and I am sad to leave but so happy I found this hidden gem and I will most definitely be back! Can’t thank you enough Francis and your staff for a memorable vacation and we will see you soon!

From ease and flexibility of making arrangements to view the suite, make reservations and payment, through the experience and service we received. Francis & Keesha were warm & friendly, and accommodating of some special needs I had during our stay. The location is peaceful with the sounds of birds as the backdrop to a beautiful waterfront paradise! Close enough to town, but away from the hustle of activity so you can really unwind & decompress. The suite is beautiful-lots of room, excellent craftsmanship all around, and serviced like 5 star accommodation. We can’t say enough positive to truly reflect our experience! Thank you both for helping to make our Belize vacation a super success! We describe this part of our vacation like being on a honeymoon, which it really was for us! We had a mix up with our booking through a third party, but Francis was very kind and ensured we were taken care of. He offered us transportation on check in and check out day. The suite was beautiful and extremely clean. The location is perfect for a nice quiet get away, yet is still close enough to all amenities. There were bikes and paddle boards for us to use which was perfect. Bring bug spray just in case. Francis is a very educated man and can share a lot of history about Belize and its marine life. He’s a great source of education and can help you navigate any excursion bookings.

Amazing little hide away. Quiet, romantic and yet with the bikes provided easy to come and go on your own. It was our 21 Wedding Anniversary and it was special! New Year's eve, we stood and watch fire works from every angle. We walked the dock and saw sting rays, and crabs and fish. We listen to the birds morning and night. We totally got into the vib of this gem! We needed nothing and were taken care of by Fransico. We enjoyed our week there! thank you
