We rent 5 spacious brand new luxurious furnished flats in a big colonial house with a huge garden. We have swimming pool and jacuzzi. Family atmosphere amongst a Belgian-Guatemalan family. Nice and quiet neighborhood, only 10 minutes on foot to central square, 5 minutes to the famous church of La Merced and 5 minutes to the central market. Just behind our house we have the famous ruins of La Recolección, my favourite.
Each flat has marble bathrooms and a wooden kitchen with granite top. All flats have huge glass sliding doors for lots of sunlight and great views on garden and mountains. Each flat has his modem for high-speed internet and wifi. A 32 inch flat screen TV provides you with 100 channels of entertainment.

The flat comes with daily or weekly cleaning service. We change your towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, kitchen towels and table cloth. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new pots and pans, kitchenware, cutlery, microwave, blender, coffee-maker, toaster and a big refrigerator.
In the common area you have a large garden of 250 m2, a cozy pergola where you can chat with other guests, 2 relaxing fountains, laundry area, and fully equipped bathroom for visitors. Just opposite the street we have a secured parking space for up to 10 vehicles.
We offer delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't want to cook yourself. We also offer taxi-service, shuttle service, spanish classes, etc...
We have two types of flats:

- master bedroom on mezzanine with 1 king/queen bed + 1 matrimonial bed + 1 single bed

My husband and I and another couple shared an apartment at Los Apartamentos Nazarenos for 2 1/2 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay with Tom and Alejandra, who made us feel like part of their family. The apartment was nicely furnished and the staff kept the apartment immaculate. The location is excellent--a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of downtown and the market. We will definitely stay at Los Apartamentos Lo Nazarenos when we return to Antigua next year!

We stayed here for three straight weeks and would unreservedly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Antigua. Tom, his wife and staff cannot do enough to help and the courtyard is a rare haven of peace and quiet just on the edge of this lovely small town. Great facilities, very quiet and relaxing. If I go to Antigua again, I'm going here.

The apartments are just as the pictures show - brand new with comfortable furniture and a great kitchen. Tom and Alejandra were excellent hosts and were so friendly and helpful. The wifi was excellent ! Such a nice touch to be able to have meals with the family if you wanted to!

Tom and his wife are super friendly and very accommodating. The apartment is new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If is very accessible to all of Antigua and Tom has made arrangements with cab drivers, restaurants who deliver and we found them trustworthy.
Laundry upon request as well as pleasant conversations in the evening while relaxing. It's the perfect place to stay and we will definitely make it our base of operations the next time we visit Antigua!

I'm just at the beginning of a 6 week stay at Los Nazarenos and I am already enjoying it so much. The apartments are brand new, very spacious and comfortable. Great hot water and wifi! Tom and Alejandra are so helpful and accommodating, being sure you have everything you need. Sitting on the terrace or in the garden is such a peaceful way to start the day. They offer everything a tourist might need...taxi service, laundry, and tour information. They seem meant to be hosts!

My family came to visit for a week during thanksgiving and couldn't have been more pleased to stay here. Tom and Alejandra are more than amazing people and only want the best for their clients. We highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again in the future!

Ich war drei Wochen bei Alejandra und Tom und ihrer Familie während meines Spanisch-Kurses in Antigua zu Gast. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Grad der Familienintegration bestimmt man selbst und es ist alles locker. Tagsüber ist man zu Fuss unterwegs oder mit einem der Busse (100 m an der nächsten Ecke, nah aber kein Lärm oder Smog-Belastung) zum lokalen Mercado. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nimmt man einfach ein Tuk-Tuk bis vor die Haustür (Zahlenschkoss gesichert).Es ist immer jemand zu Hause so dass es auch vollkommmen sicher ist. Alles ist neu und wird ständig verbessert (Küxhenutensilien etc.).

We had a brilliant time at Apartamentos Los Nazarenos! It's really secure, so you can feel safe leaving your belongings in your apartment. There's a great balance here between having your privacy and being able to join the family for meals, which we loved having a genuine Guatemalan family breakfast/lunch/dinner every day. They speak Spanish, Dutch and English here so you'll always have someone to talk to, ask for directions or get all the hot tips for what to do in Antigua. Thanks again for everything guys!

Our aparthotel is situated in a quiet residential street with almost no traffic and no busses passing through. It is so quiet and safe that you will see kids playing football in the street in the evening. There are 2 American schools in our block which makes our neighborhood very cheerful.
Walking to the center is very easy. It takes only 5 minutes to the central market, 5 minutes to La Merced and 10 minutes to the Central Plaza.
On the corner of our street you can also take a bus to the main bus station, from where you can travel to anywhere in the country.
The exact address of the aparthotel is Calle de los Nazarenos 19D. From the ruins of La Recolección, it is one block north and then half a block to the left. From the Curch La Merced it is 2 blocks north and 4.5 blocks to the left. When you ask a taxidriver, they now the area by the name "Chajon" or the school MAES (Modern American English School).
