Very poor

This apartment is so dirty, that it is unbelievable. He never cleaned dust and furniture is from 80s. The smell is so bad that you can not spend even 30 minutes there without running out and taking some fresh air Please, avoide it for miles. Positive side is that it is only 5 minutes walking distance from city center, if you stay alive after that smell in the morning. Nenad
