Villa Kalimba, Playa Samara
Villa was absolutely fantastic, 5 stars. Super clean and comfortable - wonderful facilities. Staff and the owner were outstanding whenever we needed anything. It was the highlight of our holiday, we would definitely go back.

Villa Kumar best place to stay in Samara. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and large garden. Would stay again and don't miss a dinner from Roberto.

Slice of paradise
This villa is everything you could hope for in a beach getaway, we were so sad to leave when our stay was over. From the friendly staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for, to the incredible villa itself, this was more than we could even hope for. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished, the pool is in the best condition and was constantly in use by our kids. By being just across the street from the beach, we could easily bounce back and forth. The beach itself is clean, the waves are easy for kids to play in, and the restaurants are yummy. Overall, we would go back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this incredible place to anyone who wanted to stay.

An amazing place full of beauty, ocean, kindness, and dreams....Samara.
This is a wonderful place that I hope to return to often. Amazing people, food, natural beauty....lucky that it is not too easy to get too so that is stays so beautiful. I love the house and pool, the vegetation is fabulous. and the beach addictive. Such a marvelous environment. Such gracious people. Thank you!

Villas Kalimba, a place to relax, enjoy and, of course, return!
My best friend and I were invited to share this house last January with other friends. What an amazing experience! To enter the house, there is a wooden door. We called it “The Door to Paradise”. Once you opened it, you were surrounded by lush vegetation, a crystal clear swimming pool with a waterfall, a beautiful and well equipped kitchen and a welcoming porch to hang out. Our room had a private bath and two comfortable beds. One of the things we enjoyed the most was feeding watermelon to a friendly iguana, who would come close to us if a piece dropped to the ground before he could get it. We baptized him Iggy. The location of the villa was perfect: one block from the ocean, and a little supermarket and local bakeries close by. Roberto, the owner, cooked two mouth watering dinners for us. All the staff were amazing: friendly, efficient and helpful. Villas Kalimba is definitely a great choice!

Las villas kalimba y kamar..son villas muy acogedoras.limpias y amplias..la villa Kamar tiene piscina privada,el personal cordial y atento,el lugar centrico..lo recomiendo... para q lo visiten...

A Pura Vida Christmas!
Kamar is the ideal location for a family vacation. My family of 4 stayed in Kalimba in Feb. and had a wonderful experience. So much so that we talked our family into doing Christmas in CR. Kamar was the perfect spot for us. Everyone found the accomedations to be top notch, and the service to exceed expectations. The kitchen is well equiped for making meals in. The pool was perfect and well taken care of. I really couldn't imagine a better house for 10 people to stay in. We booked our shuttles, horses, and tamales for christmas eve dinner through Roberto. Easy walk to the super samara (right next door) Pato's surf school and the ice cream shop. We can't wait to go again.

AMAZING HOUSE WITH GREAT LOCATION AND FANTASTIC HOSTS
We had 10 people so the 5 bedroom house with pool was perfect. Awesome set up, super private, great people running the property. The owner was so nice he even gave us a bottle of wine which made my Wife very happy. We'll be back

Anohter great stay!
After a stay in Villa Kilimba in January we were eager to return to Samara. This trip was with the wives (we did squeeze a little fishing in) and we booked. Villa Kamar. Again we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Staying at Villa Kamar is like staying in our own private paradise. The array of parrots, scarlet macaws and monkeys moving through the compound made sure we always had something to watch while relaxing in the private pool. Roberto, Diego and the entire staff are courteous and more than helpful. It’s a pure pleasure staying at Villa Kilimba/Kamar. The rooms are neat, clean and it is in a great location. Everything in Samara I is within walking distance of Kilimba/Kamar. We will be back next year!

Paradise in Samara
Villa Kamar is a beautiful private paradise across the road from the beach. You will feel completely spoiled by Roberto and Diego during your stay in this private villa with pool and tropical gardens. Highly recommended!
