We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. Everything about it was absolutely wonderful and Janet was a delightful host very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the beach, the swimming pool, and the local restaurants! Will definitely stay here again!

Nicely appointed and spacious condo. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful onsite pool. The Tamarindo area is excellent for dining and drinking and beach activities.

Traveling with children to new countries is a great education for them to learn the world but can be challenging- this villa was perfect for that. The place was an awesome extension of teaching our kids to embrace another culture while still feeling safe and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed, it was a very short walk to a great beach to explore and watch sunsets. Beds were fantastic. Short walk to an outdoor-ish sports bar (which was so yummy) and kept the kids entertainted with games. Town was a quick golf cart (or nice walk) ride away and has AMAZING food all over. Pool was really pretty for after the beach. The few slight hiccups we had with minor things (wasn't given the safe key type of thing) was very quickly addressed by the owner and management company to ensure our stay was successful. And it was. Highly recommend this place, people are so friendly, awesome food and a rich and vibrant culture surrounds you.

This property was perfect for our stay near Tamarindo. It was close to every thing we needed. Right across the road from the sandy beach; perfect for watching sunsets, long morning beach walks and dips to cool down. It was 3 minute drive to Tamarindo or a quick walk; close to fabulous restaurants, shopping, groceries & Tamarindo beach another spot to swim or watch the sunsets. The pool was lovely: a great spot to enjoy the sun, cool down or have an evening dip. The actual condo was well laid out with each bedroom having their own bathroom & private patio, spacious living space & we used the main patio to gather & it was so wonderful to have our own private cool water plunge pool. Would recommend this property !

Janet was a great host. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked and laundry in the unit was a bonus! We loved the location being a little further out of town as it was quieter. Questions were answered very promptly and the pool was a plus. Our family enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be back.

The place was beautiful- exactly like in the photos! Very spacious! The communication was thoughtful and timely- and Daniela helped with the planning of so many amazing details. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

We stayed with our family of 8 in this condo. It was very roomy and each room had its own bathroom and felt private--it would be great for couples traveling together as well. There was space to gather and play games together (there are some to share in the condo, so fun!) They also had 2 boogie boards and beach chairs as well as a cooler to use at the beach. We loved eating on the patio and the small dipping pool was an added bonus. This was one of ten condominiums in a complex. The pool was beautiful and refreshing and even during the busiest week of the year, it was not crowded. The condo was very clean and well taken care of and we were offered a mid-week cleaning if needed. The kitchen had everything you could need. It even had a BBQ. Janet was the property manager and she was very helpful. She gave me contacts for surfing lessons, the golf cart, and private transportation when we wanted to do some adventuring outside of Tamarindo. I'm going to try and answer all the questions I would have asked about this property before booking. BEACH: The condo is across the street from a very nice beach. At low tide, there is plenty of space, but at high tide it was harder to navigate. I didn't see swimming. We loved watching the sunsets from this beach and the condo roof! Tamarindo Beach is much bigger and is about a ten minute walk away. It is perfect for surfing, boogie boarding and swimming. We had surf lessons at the Playa Langosta Beach Club and they were wonderful! TRANSPORT: We didn't rent a car, but we rented a golf cart one day and that was super fun and helpful! It is $55-$85 per day. The temps are pretty hot and walking in the middle of the day was bearable, but not pleasant. Walking at night wasn't a problem at all. There is a grocery store about 6 minutes walking, but it is very small. The larger grocery store is on the edge of Tamarindo and we drove the Golf Cart there. Walking would have been much too far. We did book a private driver for the day to go hike Rio Celeste and see Llana de Cortes waterfall. FOOD: There are plenty of great restaurants in Tamarindo, but it is a short walk to get there. It didn't bother us, but if you aren't very mobile, you may want to drive into town. The closest grocery store is the same distance. If we were traveling to Tamarindo again, I would definitely stay here. I liked that it wasn't right in the town--it felt quiet and secluded. It had all the amenities you could want. Beautiful!

Very good!! Really like the apartment has All I need in the kitchen, cleaning products, Comfortable sofas, furniture!!! Close to the beach!!!
