Our family of 5 stayed here and loved it. The proximity to the beach and restaurants can’t be beat. Condo grounds and pool are gorgeous. Enjoyed coffee on the terrace each morning while I listened to the monkeys and tropical birds. I would recommend this place for families.

This was a great place to stay, it had a view of the ocean and was walking distance to the beach, surf rentals, lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend the property to anyone who loves Tamarindo.

We enjoyed our time at the Sunrise Condo in Tamarindo. Chad and Audra communicated freely and quickly about some simple questions. The unit had an ocean view (condo is across the street from the beach) and shopping for groceries and souvenirs was local. We'd stay again!

Wonderful property with all the amenities as described. Perfect location so you can walk everywhere. View is beautiful and the AC was perfectly cold after a long day in the sun. My only complaint is there dishwasher is broken(won't drain) and we didn't know this until we're used it and it overflowed. Master toilet needs a new flapper as it sticks open when you flush. This was perfect for our family of 4 and we highly recommend.

Location was great. Only negative was the hard beds.

We just returned from our 9 day stay at Sunrise #26 in Tamarindo. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy! The kitchen has everything you need to make some quick meals like breakfast and lunch. We loved the covered patio. It has a view of the pool and a little bit of the ocean. It is a very comfortable and relaxing place to hang out and get a break from the sun. I loved the location of the condos. It is in the heart of Tamarindo so you can walk to everything, but set back just enough to be quiet at night. Audra and Chad were great to work with. They were very responsive from booking to completion of our stay. I highly recommend.

A perfect place to stay- great location to walk to the beach, pickup groceries, and to dine. Condo was exactly how describe - clean, fully equipped kitchen, and remarkable patio. Tamarindo has lots to offer - relax at beach or condo pool, take a tour (turtle nesting tour was our favorite) or try local dining experiences. Owner/manager was easy to work with and helped us secure transportation from airport. We will come back and rent again.

Great condo with plenty of room for a family of four. Condo is very clean and in the heart of Tamarindo directly across from the beach. Pool is fairly large with plenty of room for kids and adults to relax without being directly on top of each other. I have been to Costa Rica several times and would highly recommend this Condo to anyone visiting the Tamarindo area. Kevin
