We spent 4 nights here in December with our young children and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The outdoor space was AMAZING and the house itself was clean, with everything we could have needed and the comfortable beds were a plus. Even with mid 70s temps while we were there, we were able to use the heated pool and hot tub every day. It’s close to public beach access and restaurants, and we saw dolphins in the canal out back every day! The host Sharon was quick to respond with any questions & made our stay easy and stress free. Such a fun and relaxing way to spend our holiday!

House was everything it was advertised as. Pool area is a cut above the rest that we have stayed in on Marco Island.
Sharon was easy to work worth. Responsive, fair, friendly and professional. A joy to work with.

Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with! The house was very clean and simple and the patio/pool area was amazing. Bikes, cooler, fishing poles, pool floaties, tons of towels, ice trays in the freezer, washer/dryer- literally everything we needed to enjoy our stay was right there for us. We hardly ended up going anywhere because the pool was relaxing enough for us! Dolphins were there everyday for entertainment! If we’re ever back to Marco, this will be the first property we will look for!

the house was smaller than we expected, master bathroom is too small, only one sink, small kitchen, but the outdoor area make up for it, it is amazing, good size swimming pool, clean, fantastic out door area, multiple seating areas, bar and grill, you can fish off the pier, great location, we had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Location was great. Backyard is fantastic… wish we had more time to enjoy it. Furnishings in house are very nice and updated. Beds were comfortable. Appliances could be updated, but all worked great! Updates need to be made in house, but the house is very clean which is the most important.

We had such a great time at this rental! It had everything we needed for venturing out to the beach and was very conveniently located. However, we all agreed that we were just as happy to stay at the house, cook and grill our own meals, and enjoy lounging on the patio and in the pool and spa. The kids loved having the bikes for exploring, and being able to fish off the dock. Sharon was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
