Location, location, location! My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cozy place on Third Street that (as a plus) overlooks a pretty park. Everything is just a short scenic walk way-- a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and coffee shop on Third, 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Fifth Street.
The hosts (Marilyn and Gary) were very kind and attentive. We could not have asked for more and have already booked again for next year.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, the beach, and shopping yet very quiet. The cottage had a very warm and cozy feel, like being at home and not in a rental. The hosts were very accommodating, and I could not have asked for nicer people to work with. I am looking forward to renting here again. Great experience.

We needed a quick breather from busy life back home in MD and access to beach and 3rd and 5th. This property couldn’t have been any more perfect for us! SO lucky we stumbled upon it and will definitely be making a return visit. Just perfect!

The apartment was very pretty and had everything that you needed. The walk to the beach is very close. I expected it to be a little farther. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes. The area at the apartment is very clean and most of all very quiet. We absolutely loved it there. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful place to stay in Old Naples.

We loved our stay at this location! It was perfect for our anniversary weekend. The home is a short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants and bars. Marilynn and Gary answered all of our questions immediately and were more than happy to make recommendations for local activities, restaurants, etc. We hope we get a chance to stay here again some day!

1 bedroom cottage style rental located within easy walking distance of 5th street and the beach. I had Naples friends over to visit and cook 2 ofnights. It is a great place for one or for a couple. I loved the area. I walked to the beach and to shops.

Great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. The provided beach accessories including towels, chairs, small drink cooler, and cart worked out great for us. Stayed in off season so lots of early bird menu specials at restaurants. The unit is a little dated and could use some upgrades but is very clean and nice, comfortable bed, etc.
