This place was way better than the pictures. Highly recommend for a fun time at the pool, and relaxing together between the house and patio—huge glass doors open to connect the two! And the communication with the host was the best we’ve ever had! Super fast responses, and very helpful. Perfect stay!

It was the perfect place. Nestled back off of the main road in a private home/property yet still close to everything. Loved the place and the process. Highly recommend if your headed to Naples.

the property looks exactly like the pictures and is extremely clean, master bathroom is beautiful! The outdoor pool area is amazing and this is where we spent the majority of our time. The owner is super responsive and brought us a new tv as soon as soon as we couldnt get one working. Home is very private and super close to shopping and beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

A group of 50 somethings came to Naples to reunite with our old work family. House was beautiful on line and even better in person. Owners responded when needed and house was equipped with all we needed and CLEAN! Will rent this again when we come back.

The home was perfect for our stay. The outdoor area was perfect for our kids. Derek was great to work with and thought of everything at the house. The house offers a little privacy and is only a short drive from anywhere in Naples.

The overall experience cannot be put into words, exceeding expectations doesn’t even give the property justice. The cleanliness, the accommodations, the communication and beauty of this property was that of an ultimate paradise luxury getaway. We would recommend and even desire to stay here again and again, even though we truly did not want to leave.

The property itself is even more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures portray. Group included my wife and I and 4 young adults. Between the pools/spa, multiple outdoor seating areas, four beatifully maintained bedrooms, huge open living area and massive kitchen (not to mention internet tv in every room as well as out doors there was space for us all to come together as well as spread out when we needed our space. Interior decorated beautifully. Tons of kitchen equipment I never would have expected including a vitamix blender which was clutch for a guy that loves to cook from scratch. Multiple coffee and espresso machines. The master bathroom was right out of a luxury resort. We used Instacart a lot for groceries and Uber a lot for transportation and the property was easily accessible to everywhere. Loved that this house was not cookie cutter and on top of other properties like the ones you can see from across the channel. We felt like we had great privacy and weren’t bothering anyone while grilling or night swimming and playing board games outside with the kids. Made multiple trips to 5th ave for dinner and an Uber got us there in 15 minutes. Best of the whole experience was working with Derek, the property owner. Incredibly flexible with our multiple travel issues with American airlines as we had to check in early and check out late. Always communicated what was going on with maintenance. Super kind and knowledgable on the area. We will likely make this a yearly visit (or more!) now that are kids are grown up. Thank you Derek for your hospitality!
