What a cool place to stay! Enjoyed the comfort of cabin-like living and was located right off the historic Katy Trail. Eazy walk to all the souvenir shops and restaurants. Didn’t take the kiddos this trip, but will certainly bring them along next time to experience the game room which would entertain for hours.

When we arrived at this property we were very happy with the location, perfect quiet commy and also walking distance from main street in St. Charles. As we walked into the game room my kids were so excited to see all the games and shuffle board table, we could also smell the fresh sent of a clean space. We were very happy to have so much room in this house, my husband and I had the lower bedroom, my daughter had her own bedroom, my in-laws had their own room and my son had his space as well... perfect for relaxing and settling down after our busy days. This property of close enough to St. Louis that you can go and do fun tourist stuff like the science center and Zoo, yet far enough away from St. Louis that it has that safe hometown feel...which is really important to us when traveling why our kids. We LOVED our stay and when we are in the area again we will be looking up this rental or another property owned by these amazing hosts! Also wherever we had a question Audrey and Matt would get right back to us! We could not be happier with this property.

We loved the home and the location was great!

We were in town for a wedding and had such a great time. The game room was filled with such great games, (you'll want to play shuffleboard the moment you walk in.) My sister and her kids were about a 1/2 mile away and stopped by for breakfast and were really impressed with this house. Their kids thought we had the cool house. I did go and walk down main street, which you can see from the kitchen window. This is a wonderful house in a great location. I personally thought the bed downstairs was too soft, but it's such a neat room. However next time we are in town we will definately stay here again.

Audrey and Matt are the most wonderful people ever. This is our second time staying at one of their properties and it did not disappoint. They have taken these historical houses and left NO detail overlooked. Their attention to detail when they’re remodeling these homes is impeccable and they are BEAUTIFUL. Our family LOVED the game room with Shuffleboard, Super NES, and a tabletop Pac-Man. It made for great bonding time. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The proximity to Main Street couldn’t be better, my husband took morning walks for coffee and pastries. Everything about this home is perfect and you will want to stay here any chance you get! 10/10 recommend!!

This VRBO was so nice and clean!The kids loved all of the games: shuffleboard, closet filled activities, the arcade game and Nintendo. We were surprised by the beautiful Main Street filled with unique shops and restaurants that was only a block away. The evening stroll with the gas lit lamps was especially fun. The Lewis and Clark Boathouse was another must see. Parking along side the VRBO was very convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

What a fun time. This property is close enough to walk to all the shops and great restaurants. The home was clean, neat and inviting. Don't hesitate when looking for a place to stay!
