Overall we had a great experience staying at this house for 4 nights in January! We had several questions before our stay, and Bryan was very helpful answering those for us quickly. We were traveling with our infant son, so it was really nice to have a pack-n-play and high chair available for our use. We also appreciated having access to the washer & dryer and laundry detergent at the house.
The location of the house was great for us—in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to major highways so it didn’t take long to get anywhere. This house is right behind the St. Charles Convention Center, so would be ideal for anyone in town for a convention.
We had one issue with the bathtub while we were there, but Bryan was quick to respond to resolve it for us. A couple suggestions to make the house even better: install a deadbolt on the front door for added security, get a new couch (the main couch in the living room was oddly uncomfortable), and remove the window AC units in the winter (they were really drafty and made it hard to heat the house evenly).
