All good

for us older folks it was like going back home again. Historic Main Street was within walking distance for the fit due to hilly streets, and some nightly events to keep the young people entertained. There is a large covered porch on the back of the main house that we loved gathering under. There were also quiet seating for those that had to bring their work laptops with them . There is only one bathroom in the main house which has to be considered in the planning. But it is big enough for a couple at a time and taking turns. We all loved the place and felt it was a perfect setting. We brought activities for the children to keep them busy and there is not any lawn for those type of activies

Our group of 10 adults had an amazing stay. The property is close to downtown but might be a difficult walk for some. The house is spacious and well equipped. The outdoor space was perfect for our group to gather and socialize. Would highly recommend this house for your fun getaway.

We were all so comfortable in these two homes on one property. The homes were updated and brand new inside. The rooms are layed out for maximum space, recently painted and decorated, and could be featured in a magazine! Yet, it was so cozy and comfortable. We had children with us, ages 2 to 12, and they really loved all the games and video games. The fire pit and large gazebo were a perfect spot for out of town family to get together, yet remain 'socially distant' in light of covid and stuff.

Great stay at a nice clean house. the owners were very responsive. We had a group of guys for a bachelor party and the location was perfect. Played golf a few days and went to Main Street (5-10minute walk) for dinner and drinks both nights. 5minute drive to Ameristar, and some quality golf courses within 30minutes of the houses too. Outdoor area is great for large groups. We had room to set up cornhole next to the back house with plenty of seating for everyone to hang out as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if in the area.

This place is a rarity in Vrbo - it’s better than than it’s described. Space is huge. We could have come with twice the amount of people and still had plenty of room for everyone.

We had a small family reunion so the two house set up was perfect and the pavilion a perfect gathering place. Both properties were nicely appointed, well furnished and clean, and Mark and Mandi were super responsive— always answering messages within minutes! Short walk to everything. Our only caveat is that the front house has a bit of a slope, which was a little hard on our elderly relative. However, the first floor bedroom in the rear house was perfect for her mobility issues.
