Make it one vacation or family retreat that you will never forget! Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with approval of the Owner, pet rent is $100 per pet /per stay. Please inquire if you would like to bring a pet!  Pet friendly. $100 fee applies per pet/per stay  6 adults maximum.  Property has security cameras outside and motion sensors inside. Hot tub outside is for owner use only but access can be provided to guests after confirming with the owner and agreeing with following spa policy 1. At no point there will be more than 4 guests in the tub. Failing to do so cut off guest access to the hot tub and they will be responsible for any damage caused. 2. If anything is spilled or left inside the tub then we will charge $200 for cleaning 3. Cover of the tub will be put back on after each use. Failure to do so and leaving the tub without cover will lead to $100 in fine. 4. Before departing the guest must add the cleaning chemical (provided by the host) to the tub, clean the edges of any smudge or residue and top up the water 2 inch above the top jet (hose and directions provided by the host).Más
